Sweet 2 bedroom Bungalow .Max 4 people. Large gated back yard complex for bar b q and relaxing.Beautiful home will make your upcoming trip enjoyable and stress free.Full kitchen & laundry. Our goal is to provide a clean home & relaxing home. Walk to the historic old down town called the Fremont Street Experience. There is a lease and ID requirement. Limit 4 people, pets pay more. No smoking, no parties and no glitter or sparkles. Both bedrooms have queen beds. Fresh, clean comfortable linens are provided. 1 full bathroom with clean-fresh towels, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. There is a washer/dryer in unit. Realtor Barb Eagan at Limestone Investments manages many more properties. Monthly rates available and for pets.

Down town is very close. We recommend for your safety not to walk alone late at night. Spectacular location just a piece to some of the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Downtown. Visit Container Park, zip-line down Fremont Street or relax at one of the many local hot spots!

As we started traveling we learned a lot about places that we stayed, why we picked it, what we liked and disliked about the stay. As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas. A lease is required and ID . Must clean stove, grill and dished before checking out. Garbage out to the dumpster out back. Max guests are 4 people. NO PETS. No visitors and must be 25 years old to book. Pets pay more and have weight and breed restrictions. THX!!! HAVE FUN!!! Garbage bin is through the back gate. If you are there for a few days only bag it and leave on front porch. Thanks

What a super guest. We want her to move in. This property please all that like to be close to the old part of Vegas called the Fremont Experience. If this property is booked or you need bigger we manage 20 properties.
We stayed for a long weekend for a family event. We were hardly in the home except to sleep and shower, but it was clean and had basic shower needs. We loved the location right off odmf Fremont and near the freeway for easy access and Barb was always quick and friendly during communication.

We love our guests and the properties Limestone Investment manages. We work hard to make sure they feel like you’re at home and have most everything you need. Yes this little house is super cute and very close to Fremont Street. Lots of stuff for the whole family to do there.
Rental was exactly as described in photos, it was comfortable with all the amenities you could need for cooking and relaxing. Barb had excellent and quick communication and was helpful with any questions we had. She was gracious enough to let us check in early so we didn’t have to wait. Only issue was that the house did have a few cockroaches. But I do know that happens in the desert.

We strive for amenities and comfort for our guests. I am on hand most of the time or if not staff takes over. Yes, we don't panic or spray for anything unless its a German Roach. Those are from dirty homes and food left out. The others just look for water or escaping from off the wall weather...it's vegas and weather happens a lot.

As we started buying our own properties and manage rentals for others we incorporated these ideas. A funny stay we had in another country when Air bnb was new had green hot dogs and Mayo in a cupboard. Yukko, lol. No coffee pot and no knives to make salsa with. Rather than report the owner we invited her for a visit. She appreciated us help her come up to reasonable standards and amenities. This philosophy carries through on our stays today and we ask guests to also help all owners/managers with things that can be overlooked or be unnoticed since they don't live or stay in the properties. As this really can hurt a person that depends on the income with one bad review. Albeit, gross negligence and rude operators need blasted. I have always been in customer service positions and thoroughly enjoy the interactions about travels and accepting suggestions on the rentals we manage. Recently, I had to drop by a property with family members from Cuba, Mexico and France. Honestly, the languages were a bit funny with translations or charades to make a point. We enjoyed each others so much I ditched work that day and we had a blast for hours and hours. Now, I can't do that very often but it was a very pleasurable afternoon. That's a small taste of why I love this job.
