We loved our stay! It was just as described. The walk to the beach was short and easy since there are stairs off of the balcony. The other people staying in the building were nice and respectful. It was quiet at night. It’s close to restaurants. I would definitely come back and stay again! Highly recommend.

Perfect location

We loved our stay! Having two little ones with us, location was key and being able to simply walk out the patio to the beach was perfect. The condo was well stocked, clean, and in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

This was a most lovely rental. We are very pleased with our experience. The condo was clean and beautiful. We spent mornings on the balcony having coffee and evenings as well having night caps after dinner somewhere on the island. The pool was refreshing after days at the beach. The landscaping and views absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach so short- perfect! Nice that Jamica Joe'z such a close walk as well. Bedrooms and bathrooms- lovely. Literally the only thing we would recommend is a better beach umbrella. We ended up renting one because the one provided was so small. Other than that - our stay was WONDERFUL. We are grateful for this fabulous experience celebrating our 32nd anniversary! Thank you so much!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay (if only you could control the weather ). The bedroom setup was perfect for our family of 4. Our adult daughters 18 and 20) loved their room and having their own bathroom. Our king bed room was perfect with access to the balcony. We spent lots of time reading on the covered balcony when it was raining and the access to the beach and pool was perfect. The grounds of the building are excellent - pool is a really nice size with plenty of lounge chairs. Having beach chairs available was perfect. The communication with the owner was excellent - very responsive. The kitchen had everything we needed. We can’t say enough great things about our stay except that it wasn’t long enough and we need to come back!

Savannah Bannana trip

Beautiful location

The condo was lovely. We had a wonderful stay. The last day there was a generator running on the lawn in front of the condo most of the day I understand work needs to be done, unfortunate for us though

Exceeded my expectations!!

Really loved our stay here. Condo was amazing and I thought better than the pictures. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful outdoor area and steps away from the pool or beach. Will stay again. Manager of the condo was great!

Easy access

Very nice, easily accessible to beach and pool. Only issue was cleaning service tried to come in before check out without knocking which was very rude.

I'm sorry that this traveler had this experience. I spoke with my cleaning person and she told me that she didn't arrive to clean the condo until well after 10am which is the clearly stated check out time. We have to keep this schedule, especially during the busy summer months. This is to accommodate all travelers. We try hard to please everyone but this guest did not ask me to stay late. I did not charge him for a late check out.

Great location for beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great communication with management. There was some construction and roof repair/replacement, but honestly didn't bother us with much noise,etc. The beach side grounds are gorgeous and very easy access to the beach. The beach rental company was simple!! If we ever return, we will definitely return!!!

Perfect Proximity to Beach!

This was my family’s first time visiting Hilton Head Island and it was important to us to have a beach side location with a nice view! The short walking distance to the beach was amazing! The entire unit was clean, updated decor, with a comfy living space and bedrooms. We also really enjoyed how easy it was to always find parking right outside the door. We will definitely be returning to this location in future years!

College Girl’s Weekend

The place was great! Clean, neat and nicely decorated. The walk to the beach was easy. My one suggestion for the owner to make extra convenient for her guest, is to have a beach umbrella to go along with the beach chairs provided. Definitely recommend.

Literally steps from the beach!!

Loved this condo so much!! It is, by far, the best location on the beach. Seriously a 1-2 minute walk to be on the sand/in the water. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Second bedroom & bathroom is pretty tight for 4 people, but we made it work. Will definitely be back!!
