Very spacious 3 bedroom, two bath condo, sleeps 6 adults and one child, located in the desirable Ocean Walk complex! This complex has all the amenities your family will enjoy with two clubhouses, two heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce, fitness rooms, and nature walkway.
Your master suite contains a King size bed, Master bath suite, and your own sliding glass door to the screened in balcony looking out to your own private tropical oasis. Guest bedroom has a queen bed and second guest bedroom has an easy to use Murphy bed and desk for work. Master bedroom contains a fold out futon for a small child. The Ocean Walk complex is located directly across the street from the beach with a great pathway. The condo comes with a beach wagon, 3 Tommy Bahama backpack chairs, and an umbrella. One spot in the garage and one spot outside for cars. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals. Great dining room area and comfortable living room to lounge in after a day on the beach. This condo is pet friendly! $125 per pet 7 days or less and $250 per pet for more than 7 days. Maximum of 2 pets and 25lbs or less. Please note we do have a ring doorbell camera by the front door.
Unfortunately there is no electric car charging available as well as trailers or boats.

Needed a place for the Holidays when our boat broke down heading up the coast. Great place to stay with easy access to the beach and good amenities. Check-in was easy and made our time enjoyable
Absolutely beautiful condo we stayed in and the pool & jacuzzi were just steps away. The beach wasn't that far away & there was a really nice walkway from the condos to the beach.

We've owned rentals for 30 years and are super hosts on Airbnb. I would have been embarrassed to rent this property as an owner or manager. The most obvious issue was the smell and filth of the carpet. We requested a new vacuum from the property manager as the old one was broke. After 5 minutes of vacuuming just the dining room and living room, the canister was completely full. We vacuumed three times a day for the first 4 days, which significantly helped with the smell and obviously helped pick up dirt off the carpet. We tried to find a different property but could not for our 30 day stay. The other main issue was the thermostat, which could remotely be controlled by the owners. It was pre-programmed to 76 at night. You could only make adjustments for an hour or so at a time. We tried to reset the thermostat, which completely shut it down allowing only the owner to restart. After being told someone could come in a week to fix it and the temperature was already up to 80, we were able to fix it ourselves. On a positive note, the master bed and bath were spacious with a comfortable bed. The complex itself was beautiful and well-maintained with lots of amenities, but it's been 3 weeks and we still have not received our deposit. We would return to Oceanwalk, but not to this unit or with this property manager. The portal that management requires VRBO tenants to use is tedious, complicated and gives false information.
After booking I was required to sign up for some type of automated portal. Here I was told that I owed a deposit. Fine. Then I get a sort of hostile email from a company I’ve never heard of with language involving my upcoming “move in” and “lease”. It was a 4 night vacation.
The same suspect company said that actually I owed the entire sum for the 4 night stay. So I went back to my “portal” where it said I owed nothing at this time.
This was all so strange and impersonal.
I emailed a screenshot of my “portal” message back to the company I had never heard of (the one that spoke of leases).
A week before my stay I called one of the 3 mysterious numbers. Of course no one answered. I left a message enquiring about check in procedures. No response. I emailed the mysterious company. Again: oh you owe us money. Pay no attention to what the “portal” says.
What good is this portal?
Well I paid my money in full and they sent a 3 page list of instructions including 3 different codes to access the property and 3 separate numbers I could call to have no one answer.
Got there. Thermostat seemed to be a touchscreen. A touchscreen that didn’t work. This was a big problem. I furiously started calling and texting through my list of phone numbers. I finally got a text back asking if they could call me. Well by this point I (I am an engineer) had figured out the peculiar thermostat.
No instructions. And worst of all no WiFi network or password were provided. I repeat: NO INTERNET!

Hi Paul,
I am sorry to hear about your frustrations in this review except that I was very confused to hear about it on the review and confused about giving us a 2 as not one time did you tell me any of your frustrations. I did explain to you in my email after the review that I usually thank everyone for their booking and explain to them that we are a property management company that uses a portal for you to sign your terms and conditions and pay for your rental however, that was 3 days after the passing of my dad so unfortuately I did not do my normal response. 20 min after you booked I set you up on the portal, you signed the terms and conditions and paid the deposit without any question. Every email that we sent out, and on our lease, we have our company name, New Smyrna Beach Property Management and Sales. That is what is on VRBO so I am not sure how to fix that. I looked at the very few texts I received from you and messages and I was very responsive to them, (10 min was the longest, usually it was 2-5 min). yes, sometimes we are on the phone helping other clients, but we call you immediately back or text. On your portal, I do not see any emails sent to us from you. I also explained that there was a page in the welcome book of the wifi password and the instructions to the thermostat, You did not text me back asking for the wifi information. I have since added to our detailed check in instructions those 2 important pieces and have only 1 phone number on all communication. I cannot change that we are in a safe, gated community with a code to everything but glad that you were provided them and they worked.
These reviews are nice to see any areas we can improve on, however negates all the hard work we do to make your stay pleasurable.
