The HOOT HAUS located in the Cosby Creek Valley of the "Adventure side of the Smokies", only 30 min from GATLINBURG and 35 minutes from PIGEON FORGE and DOLLYWOOD - providing BREATHTAKING VIEWS and GREAT ADVENTURES like hiking (even with llamas), walk to trout fishing, mtn biking, apple picking, whitewater rafting and so much more! Relax, enjoy the GREAT OUTDOORS, or to visit the nearby mtn towns of TN.

YOU WILL BE AMAZED at how beautifully and comfortably decorated the interior with 2 master suites (tub/shower combos) 1 up, 1 down, loft with Arcade Games, Full sized LR with TV/Electric Fireplace for ambiance, Full sized dining table that seats 6, fully equipped kitchen, Back Deck with hot tub and 2 rocking chairs, steps to a charcoal grill, and a firepit with 4 chairs on the 1.1-acre lot with endless Mountain Views! For those of you that can work from anywhere- why not just work here? Desk and chair in upper-level master and WIFI speed 150mb.
Kiddos will flip for the loft with full sized arcade games! Walk to the Cosby Creek for trout fishing or just enjoy a sunset stroll.
Your Pups will be smiling ear to ear with being able to see all of the wildlife from our oversized windows or being able to run in our open back yard!

Smart Lock- Arrival instructions will be sent automatically 3 days prior to arrival. Private door code will be sent as well on the message thread. We generate a fresh code with each stay.

Front door will auto lock 15 seconds after being shut each time.

Wonderful getaway outside of Gatlinburg

We definitely enjoyed the view & stay at Hoot Haus! It was nice to have the games & hot tub available for the teens/family to do in the evening. The house was perfect if you don't mind a 30 min drive to the main attractions in the area. Would highly recommend the little diner not too far away as well!

This our second time booking at Hoot Haus and it was just as amazing as the first time! Incredibly clean, well stocked, most beautiful view and close to what where we needed to be and the communication for everything before and during our stay was top notch!!! Can’t recommend this cabin enough!! We will definitely be back again soon!!

BEAUTIFUL CABIN! Amazing location!!!

We absolutely LOVED staying in this beautiful cabin! It was perfect for us. SO clean, which is huge for me, perfect location to the National Park, major cities and close to family we were visiting. The view of the mountains was the absolute best view we’ve ever had in any cabin we’ve stayed in! The entire cabin was perfectly stocked of all the basic needs and owner was amazing at communicating! Seriously have zero complaints, highly recommend staying here!!

Breathtaking Views and Super Clean.

We were looking for a place to stay that was off the beaten path. The Hoot Haus delivered exactly we were hoping it would be. It was extremely clean, cute, and charming! The view off the back porch is phenomenal. The hot tub was an added bonus after long days of sightseeing and hiking. We will definitely be back!

Best Cabin Ever

This property was amazing. The game room turned out to be so much fun for our family. We had pacman and frogger tournaments. Out back is so spacious, my boys played football the threw the frisbie around. The cabin was clean and spacious and fully equiped. We loved our stay and didn't want to leave.

Refreshing, quiet, just AMAZING

We stayed 7 nights and cannot wait to book again! The Hoot Haus is fantastic! You are on a quiet strip of gravel, neighbors within wave range & a shout. Majestic view of Appalachian Trail and an open back yard that our Shelties adored. House is cute, great kitchen (even pantry items stocked). We honestly had no concerns or complaints.
