Located at La Vista Azul resort, with its 24-hr security, 2 pools (one-heated), hot-tub, air-conditioned gym and free parking. Just mins from Grace Bay. Equipped with washer & dryer, beach chairs, umbrella, 3 snorkel masks and fins and beach towels. We have the ability to accommodate 5, upon request. One of the best values on the island. All that is missing is you !

We offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays of more than 7 and 28 days.

Note: There are stairs to access our condo. We are two floors up from lower parking and two floors down from upper parking.

We spent a full week at a condo in Turks and Caicos, and it ended up being one of those trips you wish you could pause and stay in a little longer.The condo itself was exactly what you hope for on a beach vacation—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. Having a full kitchen made mornings easy, and the living space felt comfortable enough that we actually enjoyed relaxing indoors when we took a break from the sun. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly (which matters more than you think there), and everything felt well cared for.What really stood out was the location. Being so close to the ocean meant we could walk to the beach in minutes, and the water was just as incredible as everyone says—clear, calm, and that unreal shade of blue. We also loved how convenient it was to get to restaurants and shops without needing to go far.The grounds were quiet and well-maintained, which made it feel peaceful rather than crowded or overly touristy. It struck a nice balance between feeling private and still having access to amenities when we wanted them.Overall, it was the kind of place that makes a trip easy—no stress, no surprises, just a really comfortable home base in a beautiful setting. We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Turks and Caicos Islands! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. All of us fell in love with the islands and the people who call them home. We are very committed to helping you enjoy a great vacation whether you are coming for the first time or the 15th!

Why they chose this property

La Vista Azul is a very well-run property and perfectly located, in my opinion. It's walking distance to a great beach (Four Boys Beach) that has great off-the-beach snorkeling. You will often have it to yourself. It is also close to the Grace Bay action and far enough away. I really appreciate being a little bit removed from the tourist hub. We really do recommend renting a car to enjoy our location and Providenciales to the max.

There are also several really great restaurants within walking distance from La Vista Azul - including Magnolia, Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite, Simone's, and the Hideaway Grill and Chill and the newest addition - the Marine Room.

What makes this property unique

A large, private, end-unit deck. Our unit also has an outdoor eating option for 4, which many units don't have.
