Awesome stay

Property manager was very helpful and they are very organized. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is looking to go with just two people.

Absolutely perfect!

This condo was perfect, it was super clean, well decorated and had amazing views! The views in the pictures do not do it justice. The location was great as we had a car and explored the island while nothing was far. Janelle was very helpful with our questions before arriving and checked on us during our stay. I would recommend this property!

Home away from home in paradise

Janelle was FABULOUS to work with! The condo is the perfect size for two guests. If you have never been to TCI previously, Janelle will go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable and set to go. I cannot recommend her enough. One of the best trips I ever had, and it was all because of Janelle and her fabulous hospitality!

Amazing place!

My husband and I stayed here and it was perfect. Great location to everything, walking or driving. The bed was comfortable. So grateful for the ceiling fan. The kitchen and bathroom were both well stocked and the washer/dryer are a nice addition. The view was beautiful and peaceful. Overall the place was very clean, safe, and a perfect place to stay while exploring TCI.

Clean, comfortable and a beautiful view

This is my first VRBO. I was nervous going in, but if all VRBOs are like this, everyone can rest easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The view was pretty amazing. The beach and restaurants were a short walk away. There was beach gear available for use even though I didn’t actually use it. There were two pools, just in case you didn’t want to swim in that beautiful ocean. I never met Janelle in person, but she was quick to respond to any messages that I sent her way. All this and a lot of turtles too. Great stay!

Beautiful Property

Came for a long weekend. Grocery store run by taxi went great. Janelle was awesome and very responsive. Walked to both nearby beaches. Preferred the one to the right out the front of the property. 7-8 minute walk down sandy path. Went to Simone’s on property and had a very nice dinner. Only challenge was the stairs but got used to it over the course of 3 days. Tell taxi to drop you off in the back (Sunburst Rd) and you walk straight up to Bldg 3. Definitely will be back!!

Wonderful stay in every way!

My daughter and I loved the location with a view of the ocean. The unit was clean and equipped with everything imaginable. Very comfortable sleeping and lovely to wake up to the sun on the balcony. The location was convenient to great restaurants. Would definitely recommend and will return in the future!

Perfect condo!

Condo was in a great area the beach was a short walk away. There were restaurants within walking distance or you can rent a car (condo complex has free parking) and it’s very short drive to downtown area where all the hotels/restaurants are located. Highly recommend!!

First time in TCI!!

I couldn’t have chosen a better stay for my first time in Providenciales. The room was exactly as pictured and the ocean view from the room is even better. It was equipped with everything needed to make meals ( pots, pans, utensils, plates, seasoning, etc). It’s a short 10 minute ride to Grace Bay so it’s close to a lot of popular dining places. Janelle was also very attentive and had great communication during and before our stay. I would definitely recommend!

Great Condo!

This is a great unit, just as the pictures show. Nice size balcony, overlooking the pool, and a beautiful view of the ocean in the distance. Good location, as we snorkeled Smith's Reef and Bight Reef, which are super close. We visited many other beaches on the island and nothing was more than a 15 minute drive. The condo had everything we needed and Janelle was super quick to answer any question we had. Thank you Janelle.

AquaBLU was a very comfortable and well-stocked condo. The kitchen had everything we needed and the additional beach items (chairs, umbrellas, noodles. insulated bag, snorkel gear, towels) were much appreciated. This condo was within walking distance of 5-6 restaurants and about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Janelle was helpful in recommending places to go and addressed our needs promptly. The key-pad access was another plus for us; no need to worry about who had the key.

Awesome Stay at AquaBLU Ocean View Studio

We began to enjoy our stay from the moment we arrived at the property. The property was very clean and well maintained. Most things that you can think of that you may end up needing are already there and stocked. The property is not in the hustle and bustle of all of the resorts,, but for us this was a plus(everything is no more than 15 minutes away from the property). There are two great snorkeling spots one road over from property (Smith's reed and Turtle Cove). We enjoyed our time here at the property and would love to stay again on our future TCI endeavors!

Perfect!

Perfect. Start to finish. Host was outstanding to communicate with. Great recommendations. Lovely studio with very well-stocked kitchen. The patio has two lovely chairs and a fantastic view. We walked to nearby restaurants, amazing snorkeling, and down the length of Grace Bay. We also enjoyed both pools and the lounge chairs on the large decks. Never felt crowded. Very secure complex. Everything we needed!!!

This was our 3rd time in Turks and Caicos. This property was great!!! Fantastic view from the balcony overlooking the pool with the ocean in the background. Has everything you need.Everything that Janelle (Host) listed in the rental is true. Great communication with her and appreciated her hospitality. Location was perfect!!! Couple restaurants around the corner were great. Some places were closed during offseason but no worries as plenty of options with great food on the island. Grace bay is about 10 min drive one way and Chalksound about 15 min the other way. Sooo many great places to see on the island. Bugaloos is always a favorite of ours!!! Have lunch and drinks on the water then walk in and cool off in knee deep water. Cant wait to go back!!!

Vacations are necessary....

This place was exactly what we needed. We got to relax and do things as we decided. Janelle was incredible from the start. She answered all the questions we had prior to and during our time there. We brought our food in from the US for our stay and had every kitchen item needed to cook our meals. The property is relaxing, the unit is beautiful and exactly what you see on the site. I Loved the outside area to just sit and sip my coffee in the morning. The property pools / hot tub are well taken care of. We snorkeled every day at Smith's reef and Coral Gardens. I do recommend you rent a care and find your way around the island. Glad we got to experience this treasure and the beauty of the island. Talk to the locals and they will offer you suggestions. If you are going I would suggest you take Reef Friendly sun products to do our part to preserve the land and water. I hope everyone has the relaxing and enjoyable vacation we got to experience.

Absolutely Perfect

My husband and I stayed at this lovely condo for 8 days. Janelle was super responsive and helpful. The condo was extremely clean and as described on the listing. It was perfect for 2 or a small family. It was well equipped with everything that you'll need for your stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The location was wonderful. The beach that is walking distance (we rented a car for our stay so we drove) was beautiful and just about empty. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. There are several restaurants that you can walk to near the condo. We only ate near Grace Bay like twice our entire stay. We also went to Grace Bay Beach one day and had no desire to go back. It was crowded and couldn't find parking. There was no need to venture out much because everything you needed was within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and again.

Simply phenomenal!

The apartment is gorgeous, and the property is superb! I could rave all day long about the place (location, cleanliness, etc.), but plenty of guests have already mentioned that. Those reviews helped me make my decision, and they were all entirely accurate. I want to highlight the thoughtfulness of the host because the studio has EVERYTHING you need to make yourself at home: beach umbrella, towels, two snorkeling sets, beach chairs, coolers, beach bag, beach toys for kids, and so much more! The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes essential pantry items (oil, balsamic, salt/pepper, condiments, coffee/filters, popcorn, and more!), which is sooooo thoughtful bc groceries in TCI tend to be on the pricier side. Did I mention the studio has a cellphone? You only need to take care of the sim card, and the phone is for you to use. Laundry/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryer, family-size shampoo/conditioner! My senior citizen mom and I were looking for a home away from home, and that’s precisely what we got! We didn’t need to communicate with the host much because she had even printed a booklet with all the information we needed, plus two magazines: “what to do” and “dining” in TCI. The few times we communicated with the host during our weeklong stay, she answered promptly! Our vacation was much better than we expected, thanks to the attention to detail that the host put into the studio! We are beyond satisfied!!!! Thank you, Janelle!

Condo was great , way better then staying in hotel because the condo had fully stocked kitchen for easy meal prep also beach chairs, beach towels , snorkels and pool toys. The grounds and pool were very well maintained and cleaned daily. 10 min walk to uncrowded beach and a restaurant and ice cream place near the property. Gated secure parking lot as well.

Perfect Studio

The studio was just as pictured, easy check-in, great communication & beautiful views. It has everything you may need (pots, pans, beach accessories, etc) Would recommend this unit for a small family, or a couple. Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!
