Why they chose this property
The neighborhood and area is very safe with a strong military community from both the Army and Air Force (active & retired). My neighbors and I share a mutual respect for one another. Fort Walton Beach is a great alternative for Destin and is up and coming. I chose this neighborhood because of it't potential and proximity to the beach!

Basketball, Pickleball courts, and a playground are just across the street! TVs in every room. Boats & RVs welcome! Amenities include an arcade, ping-pong, put-put, fire pit, piano, & grill.
