Our beautifully landscaped gated community condo is on the 1st floor; and is the perfect place to relax or play. Enjoy your first cup of coffee or end of the day glass of wine on our screened in Lanai facing the tranquil fountain pond, Newly renovated, fully furnished with brand new furniture, 1 bedroom with King size bed and adjustable head base,1 bath, and Queen size pull out sofa for that unexpected guest. WI-FI, Smart TV, full size washer and dryer, Beach chairs/towels, cooler, umbrella, pickle ball paddles. Our community offers plenty of space for that daily walk, community heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness room, tennis/pickle ball court, undercover parking, literally everything your would need just bring your cloths. We are located only minutes to Hammond Stadium and the Minnesota Twins, Lee County Sport Complex, Gulf Coast Hospital, Southwest Florida International Airport, entertainment, restaurants, Sanibel and Captiva beaches and more! Whatever you’re in the mood, for you won’t be disappointed....

There is an application form/background check, that must be completed with the Association and an application fee of $75 per adult ( this has not been included in your booking fees )

The place is perfect! The condo is in a peaceful, gated community, absolutely spotless, well maintained, and has everything you need. Just bring your suitcase! Tom and Gina are amazing, very responsive.

Tom and Gina's condo was perfect for a winter getaway! It was in a great location and furnished with anything you could need to cook a meal or go to the beach! In addition, they were great hosts not only responding quickly to any of my texts or emails but also checking up on me a couple of times to ask how everything was going. Wonderful time in a beautiful setting!

Beautiful Florida Condo

Beautifully decorated condo in Florida community. Very clean and many activities included. The pool is very large and very clean facilities. This condo is so cozy and colorful. Well stocked with everything you need. The hosts return your calls quickly if you have any issues. We loved this comfortable beautiful condo.
