About this property

This 2-bedroom Villa located in South Forest Beach at the corner of South Forest and Deallyon Avenue- Minutes to the Beach, Ocean, Coligny Plaza, Low Country Celebration Park, restaurants, bars, golf and shopping. Cross street to the path that leads to the beach. Ideal for families, couples, friends, and golfers and more. Tennis fans, Van Deere Tennis is nearby as well.

This beachside villa is recently updated kitchen with modern appliances, cabinets and granite kitchen countertops. The Gourmet Kitchen is equipped with full sized appliances and is well stocked with plates, pots and pans and glassware for guests use. There are also a variety of restaurants nearby at Coligny Plaza with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

The dining space offers a large comfortable 6-person table and is right off of the kitchen to enjoy your meals, play games, complete those puzzles and to take part in those deep discussions of your trip. The family room/gathering space is cozy with a big screen 70-inch Smart Roku TV, couch with a queen-sized sleeper sofa with 2 additional sitting chairs. There is a convenient half bath on the first floor.

The villa entrance is at ground level. There are No stairs to climb to enter the unit. There are two bedrooms located upstairs with a full bath that was recently updated with a shower and toilet. There is a comfortable Primary Suite with King bed, Smart Roku TV and a corner desk as a convenient workspace- the other bedroom is housed with 2 Full sized beds and a Smart Roku TV.

Fresh linens, kitchen wares and starter kits for toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, washing machine soap and trash bags are all included during your stay. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay.

The courtyard patio has garden views of grasses, trees and flowers within the complex. A propane BBQ grill and patio chairs are available on the courtyard to relax and enjoy the beautiful peaceful garden scenery. Access to the large swimming pool and separate kiddie pool with layout chairs off the villa patio. There are lay out chairs around the pool for guests use. The pool is gated.

Items included during your stay are 6 Beach/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella and a beach wagon to haul items to the beach/ocean are available for the guests use during your stay.

There is a dedicated Parking Space near the front door of the villa and another guest space located nearby. The location of this unit makes for an easy walk and access to the walkways/bikeways of South Forest Beach and the Coligny Area. Bikeways and walking paths are located right out front of the villa. This is an upscale end unit at the front of the complex with only one direct neighbor. The villa is very private as it sits as the end of the building nearest to the beach.

Public access as an easy walk to the beach. The ocean is directly across the street, just follow the path that leads to the beach.

Walk to Low Country Celebration Park with an Adventure Playground housed with a pirate ship, children's museum and views to display natural wildlife including birds and turtles.

Clean Updated Villa and great location

Don’t hesitate to rent! Nice furnishings, nicely updated and was in a great location with beach access across the street. We didn’t utilize the pool as it was cooler but it was nice to have one. Some of these villas only have upstairs full bath. This one was nice as there was a separate half bath on the first floor. We had guests in their 20’s, 50’s & 80’s and it worked for all of us. Owners were very communicative on inquiries but we had no problems.

We appreciated the natural beauty of the island, the amenities, the walking and bike paths and of course the wonderful people. Simply put, we fell in love with the island. We now reside on Hilton Head Island and feel truly blessed.

This villa is an excellent upgraded unit with nice finishes, super clean and comfortable. This end unit provides guests privacy and convenience to many amenities on the island. The villa provides free parking located directly in front of the unit. Nearby bike paths are located directly outside of the complex. The villa is located off of South Forest Beach Drive, near downtown Coligny Plaza with it's bars, restaurants and shopping. Coligny Beach is across the street. There is also a community pool located just outside of the villa patio and garden area. There are 2 pools, one full sized and a kiddy pool. Come enjoy the beach, pool and all Hilton Head Island has to offer.
