About this property

One Bedroom/one bath updated second floor condo overlooking the harbor with beach service.
Large kitchen area SS appliances, full size washer/dryer in unit. Queen bed with drawer space, ample closets. Queen Sofa sleeper, LR and Bedroom electric fireplaces. 2 Large screen TV's, Mini Fridge, coffee area as well as work area.
Large deck with view of the harbor and Destin Boardwalk area in the distance, about 2 miles.
Unit comes with Golf Cart to use after waiver is signed, golf cart can be used on the property only and to include crossing the street to go to the beach. Golf Cart not to be driven on the roadway except to cross Gulf Shore Drive to get to the beach. Any infraction of this will terminate use of golf cart.

Beautiful View

Condo is beautiful as well as the view! Lovely decorations and very clean. Host was very easy to contact when we had a golf cart issue, and very quick to respond. Loved our stay!

Updated condo in the best location in my opinion. Great view and many amenities on the property! Would stay here again.

AMAZING STAY

Everything was just as pictured. Very convenient and cozy . Beautiful view of the harbor , great communication with the owners . Would definitely recommend and will be coming back !

Perfection!

The condo is perfect! Very thoughtfully designed with no detail left undone. Views from the balcony are so peaceful, and beach is a quick walk (or golf cart ride) away. So glad to have experienced this property and will definitely be back!
