Recently renovated beachfront condo that is literally only steps away from the beach. Two beach chairs and one umbrella included from March 1st - October 31st. A large king size bed welcomes you to fall asleep to the sounds of the crashing waves or stream your favorite show on a brand new 55-inch smart tv.

The condo sleeps up to four adults and 2 kids thanks to a large queen size sleeper sofa. Enjoys watching movies at night or catching the big game on the 75-inch 4k tv. No need to share the tv since the kids can enjoy their shows on their own private smart TV in their own bunk room.

The modern kitchen has all the tools you need to take your fresh catch and turn it into a gourmet dinner and serve it on the beautiful quartzite countertop and island counter. Take your indoor-outdoor living to the next level with the expansive new deck that includes a rain guard allowing you to spend as much time as you can savoring the stunning ocean views along with al fresco dining. With these new updates, the space you have available is nearly doubled! You and your family can enjoy those quick pop-up showers without having to go back inside! New stay cool technology keeps the deck nice and cool even on the hottest summer days.

A private shower off the deck gives you the convenience to wash off the sand before returning to the condo, while you can leave your beach gear on the expansive landing.

There is plenty to do on site with numerous swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts and even a pitch & putt golf course. No need to pay for rackets, paddles, or clubs as these are provided. Food is not a concern as the property boast two great spots. Enjoy a quick bite at our very own beach front cafe, The Sand Flea for an amazing lunch! For an amazing dinner, you can not do better than the award-winning Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant on the waterfront. Avoid the beach crowds on your very own private beach. And don’t worry about having to haul all your gear because you are only a minute walk away from the beach.

The condo was just as advertised! Beach access is right out the back door, and the condo was clean and welcoming. Scott was very understandable and communicative, and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We loved our stay and will keep this property in mind for any future Destin visits!

Location was amazing! Access to the beach was my main concern for this trip and this condo’s backyard is the beach! I will definitely be staying here again. Condo location was close to stores for quick trips to the grocery.

Perfect location

Family of 5 spring break. Was the perfect location for all of our entertainment needs. Fishings,golfing, tennis and beach walks. Condo was everything we needed for a great trip.

Tennessee to Destin

The place was clean and perfect size for a family of four. It was right on the beach with all the sand toys and chairs included. It was perfect for our two kids to just run out the back in the private courtyard which acted as their personal sandbox. Convenient beach access and the condo compound had all the amenities with a very good restaurant!

Location was amazing and amenities were great! Check in easy and the host were very responsive and checked on us several times during our stay. The only reason for the 3 stars for cleaning, is floors and furniture not being completely cleaned. Appeared to be pet hair on the furniture and sand on the floors. Also the bath tub wouldn’t hold water when my wife tried to take a bath. There was a vacuum on site so these weren’t major issues, but the cleaning crew could have taken a little more time cleaning the floors and furniture. We would absolutely stay there again!

Terrific location!

My husband an I had a great time. This location is everything! it is right on the beach, just steps out of the back door right on to the sand. Place was as described.. clean and all amenities you would need. The beach chairs were an added plus since we forgot ours and didn't want to purchase more. Scott made sure we got in ok and if we needed anything. This is our new favorite spot!

We loved our stay. We stayed for almost a week and we had everything we needed. Beach view was great, so easy to walk to the beach. Literally right there. And umbrellas and chairs are a HUGE deal having included. We will definitely be using them again! We couldn’t be more grateful

Fall break ‘24

The owners were so amazing with their communication. Checked on us throughout the week. One of our favorite things was the amount of sand toys for our little one to play with. The really only negative (not really negative) thing would be the air doesn’t go below 69 due to possible freezing of the unit. I understand it, but it got really hot at night which makes it harder for us to sleep. But as far as the actual stay it was amazing!

Property is well maintained, and is in an excellent location near several nice restaurants and a short walk over the dunes to the beach. This condominium has an ample supply of kitchen appliances for those who prefer to prepare some of their meals.

Destin Condo

We reserved the property last minute and although the weather wasn't great, we very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described, clean and comfortable and only steps from the beach. We are planning another visit already and hope to stay there again. The hosts were friendly and responsive and helped with our check in process and throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

It was my first time visiting Destin Florida. This condo was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We loved that it was on the beach so we didn’t have to lug everything far at all. It was very clean, very homey and we plan on another trip soon!

Absolutely great place to spend with the family

The place we normally stay was taken, glad it was. This space was very clean, it was roomy for us. Had everything we needed, and stairs off the back porch that let us write to the beach. So sweet to come grab a lunch and not have to travel so far. Great big nice TVs, so we could watch some of the Olympics together. Totally recommend this to anyone

Excellent beach condo

This beach-condo was perfect for a relaxing vacation! The amenities this condo offers excelled expectations. Easy beach access, provided chairs and umbrella that are set up for you daily, easy parking for rental car, wonderful ocean-view porch with shaded deck. The hosts made the check in/check out process simple and made overall communication easy! As a first time VRBO customer, the hosts Scott and Tanya made this process very beginner friendly which made for a great, stress free beach stay in Destin!! Will definitely be back.

We loved the location of this condo! It had its own private deck with its own stairs that provided easy access to the beach. We had complimentary chairs and an umbrella that was set up every day. The interior was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The furniture was comfortable and it was really handy to have USB ports and outlets on all the end tables. The bathroom had plenty of room and the owner provided lots of towels for us. The washer and dryer were wonderful to have as well! We have stayed at Sandpiper Cove for many years and this condo was exceptionally nice and well taken care of. We appreciated the attention we received from the host during our stay. We hope to come back again either in the fall or next summer.

The place was really nice and in a great location! Communication was very fluent and easy. Loved being right on the beach and a very quiet area. Having our own area by the back porch with sand for the kids to Play in was a plus! The outdoor shower was also a lifesaver!

We have always wanted a place we could get away from it all and escape the stress of our busy everyday lives. We live outside of Atlanta, Georgia so the drive to Destin doesn't take too long till we can have our toes in the sand.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking for our beach paradise for almost 5 years. We knew we wanted to be near a beach, but after visiting Destin once we were hooked! Once we found our condo, it was love at first sight. Right on the beach and only a minute walk to the water! With the amenities that Sandpiper has, you literally could not have to leave the property. Once you stay at our place once, you will want to come back again and again!

What makes this property unique

The breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico right off our back deck was the arrow through the heart for us! Have your very own dolphin tour with dolphins swimming up and down the beach! Families with young kids will love the ability to take their kids back and forth to the unit with just a short walk. Carry only what you need knowing that you can be back in the unit in just a few steps. Enjoy a romantic getaway and take long walks on the beach in the morning and cap off your day with a candlelit dinner on the back deck as you enjoy the beautiful sunset. A private beach means that you will never feel crowded by other people. Looking for a bite to eat, you would find it hard to top Rick's Sandtrap. It is located on the beach and offers great food at reasonable prices and an incredible view! For a great dinner, award-winning Louisiana Lagniappe, will give you a memorable meal. The property also includes a marina for boating as well as tennis courts, shuffle board court and a 9 hole par 3 golf course so there is plenty for the entire family to do. When you add all this up, we fell head over heels with Starfish Serenity!!!
