This custom 4 bed 4.5 bath home was built with no expense spared! Custom kitchen with fully stocked with everything you could need for your island vacation. Featuring high end appliances custom cabinetry, balcony's, and so much more. 3 bedrooms each with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, a forth bedroom with a double over double bunk bed PLUS a bonus room with a queen sized pull out couch and desk., Not to mention its fantastic location-just a short stroll to the White sandy beaches of Holmes Beach!!! Less than 2 minutes walk to Holmes Beach City Center where you can grab your morning coffee, take the kids for ice cream or shop til you drop! This lovely property offers a huge, private heated pool with a spa, The backyard is an oasis with BBQ grill, tropical landscaping, out door shower, huge covered section and lots of space to hang out. The large outdoor space features outdoor dining and a lounge area where your group can catch the game on the big screen outdoor TV. Even an EV (Electric Vehicle) charging station in the garage!

Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to reservations@beachretreatsfl.com as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.
You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable.

Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice.

For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential

If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay.

Beautiful new property

We loved staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The rooms are spacious and clean as are all of the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-appointed and the pool/spa was perfect for us with two toddlers. We really had our own little luxury stay at the island. We would love to stay here again and hope to return soon.
