Sit in the plush living room, tuned into a movie, while the chef of your family shows off their culinary skills in the efficient full kitchen. With its stainless steel appliances and spacious kitchen island/breakfast bar, cooking is easy and fun!

Heading for each of the bedrooms, you will find ample sprawling space, bright lighting, comfortable bedding, and cool air - thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. For your complete convenience, be sure to utilize the private washer/dryer when your clothes need to be refreshed.

Outside, the perks only continue as you enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season, and divulge in a game of golf on the on-site golf course.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
