Located just steps from the vibrant South Slope and Biltmore Avenue, this one-bedroom unit was built in 2018 and features designer furnishings, work by local artists, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Great location, lovely property

Comfortable and convenient. Safe area to walk to and from downtown restaurants and shops. Only downside is the key system which is managed by using Bluetooth on renter's phone and only works on select exterior doors. Overall, fabulous.

Beautiful condo in great location

The condo was in a beautiful building within a 4 minute walk to great restaurants and shopping. This condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could need…including fresh coffee and an umbrella which came in handy as it started to rain just as we were walking out the door.

Quality place but hard to enter

The condo offers many extras such as coffees, creamers, quality bath products, luxury linens, TVs, outdoor grill , downtown location! But the door code was incorrect and we had to call the manager. She said the owner had changed the door lock but she had neglected to update the door code . That was a pain - checkin should be seamless . Also the digital passkey was difficult to get it to connect and it is literally used on every door. Once you get in through the first door there is another door you have to wave it around. Meanwhile your hands are full with your bags . Don’t forget your phone either or you will be unable to get back inside the building! It would be better if they just placed a key fob in a lockbox outside for guests use. The app was not working as well as it should have . The host directions say you have to wave it around a lot to get it to connect. Also have to have your Bluetooth on or it won’t work . Otherwise it’s a very nice, albeit pricey, for a downtown stay in Asheville!
