Located in the heart of downtown Asheville next to the beautiful Foundry Hotel (great restaurant and bar!) and nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this condo offers guests the best of both worlds. And it's only moments away from Asheville's Biltmore Avenue with restaurants, breweries, shops, and galleries.

This property was so clean and contemporary. It was a perfect location for walking downtown. The manager of the property was so helpful and quick to respond when I had questions about entry. It was a beautiful place and I would recommend it to anyone!

Convenient Location

We enjoyed out stay at this condo. The condo was conveniently located and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions in downtown Asheville. The condo was clean and had all the necessities that we needed for a 2 night stay. Off of the deck is a view of a park. You have to use a Paxton Key app to access the building and it worked fine until check out day. On check out day it will lock you out, so be careful to not let this happen to you. A couple of things could make this condo even better are less bright lights in the bathroom and softer towels. Over I would stay here again.

Birthday Getaway

Our stay at the condo was the perfect getaway for our first visit to Asheville. The building is attractive, well maintained and in a great location. The condo itself is nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Our only (small) complaint would be the lack of some essentials. There was only one small kitchen towel, no oven hot pads, only two wine glasses and only one small bar of soap. We bought our own hand soap for the kitchen and Kleenex for the bathroom. The towels in the bathroom weren’t very soft either. We did enjoy our stay at the condo though and Asheville offered us many places to experience great food and fun breweries for drinks.

Winter getaway

Wanted to see what Asheville was like in the dead of winter for potential longer stay next winter. Result: Too cold. But will definitely be back in Spring of Fall. Fabulous town!

Clean and Close Condo

This condo was gorgeous. Ability to walk to downtown Asheville was amazing - all the sights, food and fun. Only 15 minute drive to the Biltmore, and less than an hour for great hiking. I would highly recommend. It is on a main street - so there is some noise, but loved having the space for my daughter and I - great checkin- all contactless. But the response time to any questions was quick! Enjoy Asheville from this condo.

Neighborhood has become "gentrified"

This location was perfect ! Easy walks to art museum, LOTS of restaurants, and ICE CREAM ! This part of town used to be a bit sketchy, but it is now a wonderful, cultural location !
