Would highly recommend! Good location. Management was great and provided immediate feedback. Received information about condo location almost a week before so was able to plan route, etc. Condo had more space than pictured (lots of closet room). Very clean. No complaints.

Fantastic place to stay in Asheville! Would stay again.Only 2 minor complaints: The view isn't as good as it appears in photos, & we couldn't figure out where to empty trash.
The place was clean and very nice. We walked pretty much everywhere. The panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony was a major highlight.

Just in town enjoying the downtown area. The condo is within easy walking distance of great breweries, restaurants and shopping. Furthermore, the condo was clean & well equipped. I highly recommend.

The property was very conveniently located for downtown and south slope. The building felt safe, and the condo was clean and well-stocked. It was quiet, and we had a nice view of the mountains from the 5th floor balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy to follow check-in directions, entry codes worked perfectly. Very clean, appointed with necessities. Great location downtown Asheville with beautiful views of the mountains through the large picture window or sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine. Easy walk to many downtown restaurants, bars.
The location was great - within walking of distance of many great restaurants. We made good use of the balcony. The property was clean, quiet and had a well equipped kitchen.

We travelled to Asheville to see friends, but found a true gem of a city - filled to the brim with local shopping/businesses, bars and restaurants, breweries, and more.
This property is in the perfect location to avail travelers easy access to the downtown area. And for craft beer lovers…we walked a couple of blocks to a bbq restaurant and passed 5 breweries and 3 tap houses.
Come for the Biltmore, stay for the beer.
Me and my wife brought our 13 year old daughter to visit Asheville and this place was the perfect spot to stay!! Great location and nice and cozy apt. I enjoyed the little balcony! Everything was nice and clean! The area around the condo is peaceful and save. You can’t beat this place for the price! Will definitely be staying here again the next time we come back to Asheville!

The property was immaculately clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed to enjoy the South Slope Brewery District, the River Arts District and the Biltmore. I'd feel less comfortable area-wise as a single female traveling, and we felt very comfortable as a family. So much within walking distance and a well-secured, attractive property - would highly recommend.
We loved this condo. It was so clean and everything worked as expected. The kitchen was very nice including the appliances. We were somewhat concerned about our safety late at night when walking back to the door there but felt safe during the day. The view from our condo was fantastic and the staf in the lobby were helpful.

beautiful luxury condo within walking distance of everything in downtown Asheville. Fully appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening with pretty mountain views. Only thing we noticed is the bedroom was a bit stuffy and could use an overhead fan as the AC doesn't seem to flow well there. We would highly recommend this condo and plan to return.
When I booked the condo I had no idea it was directly across the street from Rabbit Rabbit which is where our concert was. This was very convenient obviously! We didn't need our car at all over the 2 night stay as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Check-in instructions were very detailed and easy. The condo was very nice and had a great sunset view over the mountains!

Super close to everything downtown (we walked all around Asheville) and surprisingly quiet! The unit was perfectly appointed and very comfortable. We wish there was a garage entry keypad with a longer neck (with the curve of the driveway, we can't seem to figure out how to stay in the car to enter the code). If we were driving somewhere all the time, it would be painful, but since Asheville is walking distance (even in the FREEZING cold right now), it was very manageable!

Very secure, very clean condo just across from the bus station. New appliances and large bathroom. Easy walks into downtown or to the many breweries. Very short drive down to the River Art District. The parking is a safe garage contained within the building, but would be a little tight for a large truck or SUV. Two very minor housekeeping issues were resolved same day. My family enjoyed our time here, definitely recommend if you are looking for an urban vacation.
