This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

He has put together a staff that is knowledgeable of the area and industry, and excels in customer service. He and staff are on-site and hands on to assist with all departments' action plans.
