Great condo, great service, great location and amenities. If you want a ski in / ski out location without having to use a car this is it! The host was very responsive and the condo had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely Mountain Getaway

This condo was so easy to get to to and made skiing with the kids easy - you are right at the base of the mountain. The pool/hot tubs were great too!

Unfortunate I can not give a review on this location. At 1230 on day of check in we recieved a message that there was a problem and this location was not available. Offered two options, one place in the village that was 1 bed room and an air mattress, or a larger place but far from the village. We took the bigger place since there were 5 of us. The big place was stunning but we were very disappointed in the need to drive to the hill or take shuttle bus (which unfortunately was NOT convenient)

Great stay besides broken elevator

The location and condo were great. Our only issue is that when we booked the place there was no mention that elevator from the garage has been broken since Oct. It was exhausting to haul all of our luggage up the stairs after a day of skiing.

Thank you for your feedback. Having to carry luggage up the stairs from the garage can be avoided by pulling around to the front of the building first and unloading there. We did also notify this guest immediately after they booked that this elevator was out of service due to a lengthy modernization project that is being performed by the HOA. There is another elevator in the lobby that services all floors of the building.

Bed bugs!!! We planned a week long vacation that was cut short two days in after the guest staying in the secondary bedroom felt like she was being bitten all over and woke up with bug bites all over. She was seen by an Urgent Care physician who confirmed they were bug bites and provided a letter to share with the property manager. The property manager was not surprised and was very nonchalant.Choose a different property for your own health and safety. We lost money, had to treat all of our clothing and this ruined our vacation.
