This home was perfect for our family! Very clean and close to beach, pools, and shops! Alexa was a great host and super responsive even before we stayed at the house. She offered lots of great suggestions and gave very detailed information for staying in Watercolor! We would stay here again!

House was beautiful and clean! Host was very responsive! The location was perfect! Less than a 5 minute walk to the seaside shops and 10 minute walk to Beach club pool or Camp Watercolor pool! The trolly made trips back home from the pool in the afternoons even better with never more than a 5 minute wait.

Thank you for your feedback! Our home, like most of the other homes in Phase 1 of Watercolor, is a bit older (built in 2007). Phase 1 is the original section of the Watercolor community and the closest to the beach. We love that these homes have their own character and charm and are part of the original history of Watercolor. We prioritize the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of our home and are always making improvements to keep it comfortable and welcoming for our guests. As with most well-loved vacation homes, there can be some scuffs and signs of normal wear from guests enjoying the home, and we will certainly consider refreshing the paint in the near future. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and hope you were able to enjoy all that Watercolor has to offer!

The bedrooms was in the bottom floor and we had three toddler that all were on separate sleeping schedules. It is very liquid when there people walking on the top floor that usually woke up the sleepers on the bottom floor.

Thank you for your feedback. Our home is a two-story property, with all bedrooms on the first floor and the kitchen and living space located on the second floor. This layout is specified in the listing description so that guests can determine whether it is the right fit for their group before booking. As with any multi-level home, some sound between floors is possible, and we're always happy to work with guests during their stay if there is anything we can do to make their experience more comfortable. Many of our guests specifically love this layout because the second floor living area provides a beautiful, bright, and spacious gathering space for families and groups to relax and spend time together. This property was absolutely immaculate and beautiful! Terrific value for the money. The beds were comfortable. The home was spacious and well laid out. The kitchen had every gadget and tool you might need to prepare a delicious meal. But the house also was easy walking distance from all of the restaurants and shops in watercolor as well as Seaside. I could not have asked for a better vacation!
