Why they chose this property
Lake of the Ozarks is very large, and some parts of the lake are more developed compared to others. Some properties are in rural areas with hardly any food and/or entertainment options if any at all. Also, the more rural the area, the less likely you're going to be on paved roads as you get closer to the house. One of the main reasons we chose this property is the amount of entertaining space it provides, its proximity to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other entertainment options. Best of all there are no rutted dirt and/or gravel roads to reach the property, nothing but smooth pavement.
What makes this property unique
There are hundreds of places to stay at on the lake, but who wants to take a 30 minute drive just for a case of Michelob or a pack of hot dog buns? We choose this property because it is centrally located to many of the bars, restaurants, golf courses, grocery stores and other attractions that the Ozarks has to offer. This property offers the true "lake life" vibes. Whether you're looking to swim, fish, kayak, or paddle board, you can do it all from the private dock in the safety of the private cove. Feeling a bit hungry and thirsty? Hop on down to the Bagnell Dam Strip, just minutes away from the house and accessible via boat/water taxi or car/cab.
