Welcome to our luxurious 2900 sq ft, 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom retreat, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Our property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it the ultimate destination for your next getaway.
This modern house features a bright, large open living and dining room. Step inside to discover a grand main level boasting 12-foot ceilings adorned with elegant lighting and ceiling fans. Just off the entrance, a convenient half bath awaits. The gourmet kitchen beckons culinary enthusiasts with its comprehensive array of equipment, ensuring every meal is a masterpiece. Gather around the expansive dining table for 8, supplemented by breakfast stools for casual dining. A cozy conversation area, complete with an electrical reclining loveseat, offers a serene spot leading to a balcony with a grill. The 2nd balcony with a dining area overlooks the golf course with incredible views and relaxing sounds from the fresh spring creek and waterfall.
Relax in the living room, furnished with oversized leather sofas and a fireplace, complemented by a 75" TV for entertainment. The main level also features the opulent master bedroom, complete with a TV, king bed, double sink vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and closet. Step out onto the balcony for a breath of fresh air and scenic vistas.
Venture downstairs to find a charming TV room with lounging sofas and 75” TV, where full sliding doors reveal access to the covered patio and the surrounding red rock landscape. Need additional sleeping space? There is a double Murphy bed hidden in a hutch, along with a queen pull out couch, making it easy to accommodate extra guests. Little ones will delight in the hidden play area under the stairs, stocked with toys, a pack-n-play, and games. The closet is filled with extra bed supplies and plush pool towels for your convenience.
The lower-level hosts two spacious bedrooms, each with king beds and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms is en-suite with a TV. Another full bathroom is located down the hall. Both bedrooms have private sliding doors that lead to the fenced yard.
Outside, discover a backyard paradise. Hone your golfing skills at the putting green. The 12' hot tub, which doubles as a swim-spa, is a perfect place to wind down and to view gorgeous sunsets. End the day by huddling around the glass rock fire pit. Head out to the garage, where we've transformed it into the ultimate game room. Offering endless entertainment with a ping pong table, air hockey table, shuffleboard, foosball, and pop-a-shot basketball. Additionally, for eco-conscious travelers, an EV
charger is available in the garage, with space for one car.
Nestled in the Hurricane Valley, Copper Rock opened to the public in February 2020. The adventurous 6,901-yard (3.9 miles/6.3 Km) layout forges across dunes dotted with native sagebrush against a backdrop of rustic sandstone formations. On every hole, players are treated to sweeping vistas of the grandeur offered by the Pine Valley Mountains, the Hurricane Cliffs, Zion National Park and beyond.
Guests will enjoy full access to the entire home with the exception of a locked-off closet reserved for the owner's use. Key access is provided to the spa and pool adjoining the golf course club house. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a front door code for convenient access. While the garage can accommodate one vehicle, there is ample parking in the approximately 80-foot double-wide driveway and free street parking in front of the property.
Copper Rock Golf Course is ideally situated with easy access to many of the delightful places Utah has to offer. Utah is all about outdoor recreation and is known for many amazing outdoor activities. If you're seeking hiking, backpacking, water activities, off-roading (4x4 or ATV) or mountain biking, Utah has countless options. For starters, one could spend years exploring all the nooks and crannies of just one of the five national parks, 44 state parks, nine national monuments, five national forests and two national recreation areas. 22.8 million acres of public lands, make up almost 42 percent of Utah outdoors. These lands range from snowcapped mountains to wild rivers and colorful red rock canyons. Make day trips or use Copper Rock as a transit point. 35 minutes – Zion - hike and wade through the narrows.
2:20 hours – Bryce Canyon - see the hoodoos carved by nature.
3:30 hours – Capitol Reef - visit the many hikes and places visited by cowboys and gangsters.
4:45 hours - Arches – make sure you reserve an entry date/time in high season.
5:00 hours – Canyonlands. While there don't miss Dead Horse State Park.
