Conveniently located in downtown Montrose, you are walking distance from coffee and retail shops as well as restaurants on Main Street. Stay here, play anywhere. Our lovely home does have an accessory dwelling unit and a shared space in the back yard. This additional home is occupied and we ask all guests please respect the shared space and each others individual dwelling.

Perfect homebase

I don’t want to share how much we loved this place because I don’t want the word to get out, but I’m going to! 😅 This house is wonderful! Better than you can tell through pictures and the pictures represented it well! Such great space, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy together or have your own spaces! Very walkable to many great places! And a perfect home base to come back to after day trips to Telluride, Ouray, Durango etc, while being a nice cozy spot to just stay around Montrose for the day. This is a place we will absolutely return to, time and time again!

Great place

Beautiful and cozy home in downtown Montrose CO. It was a clean house with a great location to visit Black Canyons. Exceptional communication with the owner, quite and easy check in and out.

A comfortable home

We enjoyed the home. It was very comfortable. Location was close to main st. It was very nice having a fenced in yard for our dog. We could also walk to a close park to let our dog play and run. Would stay here again.
