The yard was not mowed or cleaned up after everything had died from the summer. The hot tub was ver durty and not usable, the outdoor seeting was the same. We did enjoy the house very much. It was clean and welcoming! The door curtains needed repair.. Thank you for sharing your beauitful home with us.. We felt safe in your neighbor.George and Theresa Gods blessings
Nice house tucked away in what seems to be a vey safe/quiet neighborhood. The back patio and hot tub are a relaxing place to enjoy the beautiful views.
Accept for the bad weather on Friday and part of Saturday everything was very nice. We did get to use the jacuzzi. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the refrigerator, nice and large. Being seniors, our only problem was the TV remote. We’re not used to that style so we had a large learning curve. So that’s why we gave it 97 out of 100.
We stayed in Montrose for a wedding - this location was perfect. Clean property, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner. It was a really lovely place to stay for a family occasion.
Well furnished, clean property. Very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. In a nice area of well kept homes. Bree was prompt in answering our questions. Would definitely recommend this listing.
Relaxing home on the edge of town, near Black Canyon
We were in town to visit the Black Canyon, and were pleased with how close the house was to the park boundary. It was also a perfect fit for the 4 of us: 2 retired couples. Hot tub in back was a nice way to warm up in the cool wet weather!
Comfortable and spacious property. Pleasant residential neighborhood close to downtown area. Good location for the National Park or to head south to Ouray, Box Canon or further.
This home was perfect for 4 of us - 4 adults. Layout of home is great, We were up early each morning for a full day and came back to relax on the back porch and BBQ dinner. This home was very comfortable and perfect location to all kinds of shopping and sight seeing. Bree was great to communicate with and responding really quick to any questions. I would highly recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
This home had a very comfortable feel. It was fully furnished and very clean. For other travelers not familiar with it this house has a swamp cooler instead of A/C. It cooled the house well but not as evenly as central air. I didnt consider it a negative because we were somewhat familiar with how to operate it. A quick google search can give you the info you may need.

no info
got an email 7/2/24 about the vrbo could only open info for the door code. Sent host a message about address got no response. Used Google map to find the location of the property. We entered the property and did not find any information about the unit, No wifi No climate controls No contact information in case of problem No information on the entertainment center and No info for when we leave. The only thing we could find was 2 Garage door remotes in a bowl on the kitchen island. This unit was a work in progress with un finished work on shower doors, lighting and un plugged smoke detectors I sent the host a reply when I got back, they where quick to respond and gave me a phone to talk. When I called I spoke with the Husband (I believe) they said they have never any complaints or problem, as I have never had a unit without some kind of info sheet or small book. This not what I have come to expect from VRBO Thanks Victor P
