Wonderful 4 BR, 4.5 BA home has a fabulous open floor plan and is beautifully appointed and decorated. Sleeping 8, the home offers a spacious wrap-around screened porch, 2 family rooms, decks and balconies providing plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy each other's company or have a little "me" time alone with a book or magazine. In walking and biking distance to the beach, but owner also supplies a Bethany Beach parking permit! Perfect "in season" with an outdoor shower, gas BBQ grill, beach chairs, beach umbrella and even a beach buggy to haul your toys! Out of season, you'll enjoy hunkering down and creating a gourmet meal in the chef's kitchen, complete and cozying up to stream your favorite shows on a chilly or rainy day on the 2 smart TVs. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. No Pets, No Smoking. No Group Ordinance. Fireplaces are inoperable. Sheets and towels are not included, but available to rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Delightful Bethany Beach home

Large comfortable home with 4 bedrooms including 2 large “master” bedrooms with small but usable balconies, 4 full baths including 2 jetted soaking tubs, nearly new washer/dryer in 2nd floor laundry room off hallway next to front master bedroom, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, nice back deck and wonderful wrap around screened front porch with lots of comfortable furniture, 3 ceiling fans and recessed ceiling lighting in addition to table lamps just a half mile walk from the Bethany Beach boardwalk. While it was large for just my husband and me, it was perfect for hosting my daughter, son-in-law and 3 small grandchildren and could easily have added another adult couple if our other children had been free. The kitchen was well stocked for making family meals when we didn’t dine out with plenty of tableware, cookware, large refrigerator/freezer, combo double wall oven/microwave as well as a cooktop and oven and dishwasher and small appliances like hand mixer and blender. A perfect vacation rental for extended family visiting.

We absolutely loved this Bethany cottage! Great location -easy to walk to the boardwalk and the beach! Check in and check out was seamless and the house was adorable and immaculate! We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
