Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property just outside Dallas/Ft Worth. This delightful home sleeps up to 8 and boasts comfy living spaces, a spacious kitchen, and a backyard pool. Mansfield offers the best of both worlds in being close to the big city, minutes from stores and dining, and yet maintaining a small town feel with friendly neighbors and easy to navigate streets. 35 minutes to DFW airport, 25 minutes to Six Flags, 40 minutes to downtown Dallas, 20 minutes to Midlothian and Waxahatchie.

The space
The POOL! The pool is a salt water system and is surrounded by a security fence. It is deepest in the middle at just under 6 ft.
PLEASE NOTE that there is a security camera by the back door that covers the patio and pool area. This is for liability reasons and checking up on our maintenance crews but is not monitored on a regual basis.

The livingroom was designed with comfort in mind with a cozy sectional and a 74" smart TV with Netflix provided. The dining room has seating for 8. The kitchen is stocked with basic amenities and there is bar seating at the island. Off the kitchen is a nice sitting area with a wood burning fireplace and couch. The two player arcade has a huge assortment of games for you to enjoy.
Also on the main floor is a small laundry room and a half bath.

**All the bedrooms are on the second floor** as well as the office (also the 4th bedroom) and the main bathroom. The office has a desk and a day bed with a trundle. The office is open to the livingroom below. The primary bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and a large onsuite bathroom with a large tub as well as a shower. The two secondary bedrooms have queen beds.

We have 1 gig ethernet connection throughout the house.

The house has been recently updated with guest comfort in mind, including flooring on the second level, fresh paint in many areas, heat pump for pool, and other minor upgrades.
