Private pool house/Walk to the beach/Fast Wi-fi

Experience the Puerto Rican cultural vibe when you stay at our home. Get to know Puerto Rico roots through Loíza eyes. This city is well known for having the richest culture representation, starting from a Coco Frio in the little kiosks to La Bomba & Plena dance gatherings. Enjoy the beach and sunset walking distance to our house which is one of the most amazing and relaxing experiences you can have in our Island. Perfect for couples, families, friends and coworkers.

Our New Remodeled pool house is a space were you will enjoy unique artwork all around.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools for cooking, a drip coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave and a side by side fridge. The dining table is a space created for those families who enjoy eating together. In our family room we have a sofa bed with a Tv and a pingpong table.

The Master-bedroom has a Queen size bed for a confortable night sleep and it also has a private fully equipped bathroom. This room also has a Tv, dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (with a double and single size beds) a TV, dresser and closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, a Tv, dresser and closet. There is a second full bathroom in the hall.

Outside you will find the pool and seating area to enjoy in the sun.

After 6 people there will be an extra charge per person per night. Every person staying at the property has to be registered. The house has outdoor cameras for security purposes.

My family had an amazing time. This property was very nice and clean. The check in and check out process was simple and easy. It not in the greatest of neighborhoods but well worth it. Beach is literally in walking distance.

The house was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed having the pool area to relax and cool off even when the power was out. Would stay here again. Our host was thoughtful and communicated with us readily.
