This luxury 4th floor condo with 3 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well furnished bedrooms; 1 king size bed in the primary ensuite, 1 king size bed in the second bedroom, and 1 bunk with full and twin size beds in the third bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $285 value. Front row service is NOT guaranteed on Navarre Beach at any condominium complex.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Base rates are for up to 6 guests. Extra fees may apply for more than 6 guests. We do not allow large groups or parties at any time in the unit.

Winter rates are deeply discounted and based on 2 guests. Additional guests will increase the nightly rate by 20% for the duration of the additional guests stay.

Rental agreement required, all guests (including daytime visitors) must be listed.

The exterior front door area is monitored by a RING doorbell camera for security and unit/building rule compliance.

For guests in need of a Pack 'n Play, highchair, or foldable stroller, we offer these items on a first-come, first-served basis. To borrow one, please visit our office at 1C West Tower for pickup. Kindly return the item to the same location after use.

Loved the resort. Balcony was awesome. Only complaint was master bed was extremely uncomfortable and think one side may have even been broken. Needs to be repaired or replaced in my opinion.

Wonderful trip

Our second stay at Beach Colony, the first in this unit. Loved the layout. Clean and comfortable. The patio furniture is top notch. Kitchen is well furnished. Check in was easy. Only critique was on supplies - trash bags, dishwasher detergent, etc.- literally only one of each. Usually, there’s at least a few of each and we always leave our extras. Also, the dryer would run and run without getting things dry. Contacted manager but was not fixed.

The pool was very large, and we loved being within walking distance to restaurants and the pier. The unit even came with beach service, which was a nice touch. The only drawback inside was that the beds and pillows were in need of replacement.The bigger downside was the management company. We received several warnings about potential fines or even removal from the property, which made it hard to fully relax. We’ve stayed in many Gulf Coast rentals and never experienced that before. It’s unfortunate because this is truly one of the most beautiful condos we’ve stayed in—I hope the owners reconsider their management company, as it would make the experience flawless.

We would rent this condo again. The check in process was super easy. Had no issue with the condo so didn't speak with the property manager. Plenty of space for our group of 6. Large living room with plenty of seating and huge TV. Large balcony with plenty of seating. Kitchen was stocked with anything we needed. Bedrooms were nice. Large pool that was really nice. Very short walk to the beach. Parking is close. Bunk beds were a little too small for 2 16-year-olds with us. There was a little bit of mold in the 3rd bathroom ceiling.

I was immediately pleased with the spaciousness and decor, but then unhappy there were personal family photos of whom I assume is the condo owners family, which made me feel intrusive. On Day 3 I remarked how well built the condo was since I wasn’t hearing any neighbors or doors opening or closing but then around 4a the nonsense began. For the next two days there was so much noise from the condo directly above us we thought they were remodeling or rearranging furniture but the child running back and forth sealed the deal. Overall we loved the location as this was a second stay at Beach Colony and we loved the beach/pool.

We loved seeing the sea turtles from the pier! We would come back again to Beach Colony. The office staff were very helpful and answered our questions promptly to our satisfaction.
