Beautiful heated pool house and large lanai with high and luxury living upgrades. Located in a quiet community 10 miles to the beach near stunning Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Englewood area.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the five championship courses (99 holes) found within the community.

Spend your days enjoying pool, golfing, fishing or exploring everything that makes Rotonda West unique.
This home offers an open-floor concept, split bedrooms for privacy, a living room and a family room. From the road, the long brick paver driveway, tropical landscaping and curbing lead you to the screened front entry of the home. Enter into the home through the double french doors, upon entry, a stunning view through the triple 8 foot sliding glass doors of the spacious lanai and pool awaits.

LIVING ROOM AND FORMAL DINNING ROOM
The living room is open to the formal dining room, ideal for entertaining ( table with 6 seats) . The living room boasts cathedral ceilings, ceramic tile and lots of natural light, furnished with comfortable sofa and 2 chairs where you can relax and read a book.

KITCHEN AND DINNING ROOM
The kitchen features a breakfast bar, new stainless steel appliances, pantry and a dinette with an abundance of windows and more natural lighting overlooking the sparkling pool. Dining table comfortably for 4 people for just a family dinner to enjoy with a view of the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all you need to make a gourmet meal.

FAMILY ROOM
The family room has glass french doors, four large windows, and a tray ceiling.
Smart 65" HD TV and large sectional to simply relax, enjoy a move and play a games .
We provide a lot of books and board games.

MASTER SUITE
The large master suite is a dream offering sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai and an ensuite bath Is furnished with king-size bed, closet , Smart 65" HD TV
The bathroom includes a toilet, walk-in shower, vanity with lots of cabinets for storage.


The two guest rooms are on the opposite side of the home along with a shared guest bathroom.

Second bedroom offered 2 full beds, dresser and closet.

Third bedroom offered king-size bed with chair, closet

The bathroom includes a toilet, bath, vanity with lots of cabinets for storage.


POOL
Soak up the sun and relax outside in OVERSIZED, heated pool. The massive lanai (37'x36') has plenty of space for outdoor dining, living, entertaining. The house comes with a stainless steel grill. It gives a nice moment to glance outside and admire the view while making delicious food. Enjoy the private wooded views from oversized backyard truly making your outdoor space amazing and watching the heron, egret, bobcats, and gators all while sipping your morning coffee!

A starter set of bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and trash bag are provided and should be enough for your first days. If you staying longer additional items can be purchased from nearby stores.

For security purposes a Ring doorbell is installed by the front door and Ring camera in the garage and by the side of the garage .

First off, Maya was an exceptional host. Her home is impeccable! Fully stocked with anything you could think of. Even had a cabinet full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and bike helmets for the bikes, and there were plenty for a full family to ride.This was my first time using VRBO and I was so lucky to find a perfect home, in a great neighborhood.Plan on returning next year!!

Perfect location for “getting to various things”. Nice neighborhood, did some exploring on bikes provided. Very clean. Loved the private pool and no neighbors behind made for relaxing and quiet evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property please don’t be deceived when u pull up on the driveway with the un kept landscaping and the driveway covered with weeds. All of that will be very impressed by the clean beautifully decorated house! Beautiful pool and comfy pool loungers, the house has all the amenities u need for a fun vacation , they have bikes, and all the beach supplies needed to have.

House was in nice neighborhood. Great wow factor soon as you step inside. Master and 2nd bedroom were ideal for two couples. Pool was large but would have been nice to have heated pool without paying extra. Overall house and pool area were spacious. Everything as expected. Highly recommend, would stay again.

The house was lovely and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we have ever rented. Communication with owner, Maja, was very good. Must say if you stay, the no-seums were very bad. Make sure to get some lotion or spray. Pool area great & we had the pool heated. Had a great time. Thank you Maja.

Great time!

Had a great time, manager was easy going and easy to get ahold of. To start we had 6 people all 50 plus for golfing and beach vacation, house was very clean in a quiet neighborhood, beaches and restaurants about 20 to 30 minute drive. There was a Keurig and percolator but we needed an actual coffee maker so we bought one for the house (not a big deal). I truly think anyone that rents this house will be happy. I usually like to give a negative along with positive review but I really don’t have anything negative to add. (Maybe some softer pillows just for a choice) this is just my personal preference. We have been renting houses in Englewood for 11 years this was close to our usual neighborhood, we would return. Thank you!
