About this property

Rain Forest: central hiking base on a budget!

The home is located within the RAIN FOREST MOBILE HOME PARK. The surrounding mobile homes are currently being taken down and eventually will be replaced with new tiny homes. Thus, the area is a work in progress and requires lots of love. Hence this smaller home is the perfect place to stay on a budget! It is centrally located, within walking distance from town, and a short drive away from countless hikes and places to explore. It is the perfect place to stay for the adventurer on a budget!
The space
This space features a nice cozy, one-bedroom, one-bath home, with new and renovated touches. You will also find a nice sleeper sofa in the living room if necessary which can sleep two guests. This home is perfect for guests coming back after long days of exploring, beachcombing, hiking, or fishing. The space is perfect for a nice night's rest.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole home and covered carport during your stay, there is enough parking for 2+ vehicles, including trucks/trailers/boats.
Other things to note
*You may incur noise from the local neighbors who go to work early in the mornings, and or cars/trucks/equipment doing work on the nearby homes.

If you would like to book an amazing guided river steelhead trip during your stay, please reach out, I can put you in contact with a family member who locally guides the area :)....

Cute place, bad neighborhood
We didn’t stay. My child and I found the mobile home, got inside, and panic-searched for a hotel. 1. The trailer park is unsafe. 2. The blinds wouldn’t close on any of the windows. 3. As we looked for a key, we watched a drug deal happen in the trailer next door. It’s not under construction, it’s just a trailer park.
