Additionally, it's conveniently located ~10 minutes walking distance from the Light Rail which provides access to South End, Uptown, and NoDa.
The home is extremely spacious at 2,150 sq. ft. and includes high end finishes. Finally, there back patio and fenced in yard are great for pets.
