This historical cabin is located at the scenic and peaceful Magnolia Farm. We are located 25 minutes to Franklin and Murfreesboro. We are a little over 30 minutes to Nashville. We are only 10 minutes from Arrington Vineyards and the Grove Country Club. Magnolia Farm is an event venue sitting on 40 acres of rolling hills. The cabin is very private and secluded. It's a great space to get away from the hustle and bustle. Our cabin is 2800 square ft. Fireplaces are not to be used!

The home and setting were beautiful & clean. I will say that unfortunately we came on a Sunday and the closest place to eat breakfast was almost 30 minutes away.
There are alot of awkward stairs in the home and transitions at all different heights that we not mentioned as well as no paved walkway, making traveling with my 80 year old parents very difficult. These things mentioned would not have changed my mind, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
Overall would stay again.
Thank you!
Beautiful property. Quite and peaceful. Exactly what we needed after the hectic day of dorm move out. The Cabin was perfect for all of us. Loved sitting outside watching the cows and horses. Abigale was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Horrible experience
First: we did not receive the check-in instructions. I emailed w/ no response. Finally, I found a ph#, Donna answered and informed me she had been out of the cell coverage area and the contact person listed was no longer w/ the company. She's handling the property and the property was unlocked.
Second: The A/C was broken! The temp inside was 88 degrees. We contacted the manager, Donna, and informed her. She stated she would 'try' to get a repair person there. In the next conversation, she informed me she could not get anyone to repair the A/C. But, she had another property 10 min down the road we could rent. It sleeps 8. I explained that the property was too small.
Third: I asked about fans for the current property. She stated there were fans available. I discussed w/ the rest of our party and called her back. I told her we would like to have the fans and would just stay there but at a reduced rate. She informed me that WE would have to get the fans from another location because she's 2 hours away AND that we would pay the FULL rental amount since we were staying there or we can check out. She was very rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe an owner would rather get ZERO income from the property than get a reduced rate. I told her we would check out and get a full refund. This does not describe the unprofessionalism or the horrible experience we had...there is so much more to the above conversations.
