Keep it quaint at our peaceful and centrally located place. Freshly updated with modern features, our home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large main area, and a beautiful deck and backyard. We are conveniently located near Bass Pro Shops, both major hospitals in Springfield, and major business parks such as Convoy of Hope and Amazon warehouse. Great restaurants, shops, and parks are within ten minutes of our home. You'll find Springfield-Branson Airport is an easy 15-minute drive as well.

Our home is a one level home, with renovated modern features, luxurious beds, and all your kitchen and hygiene basic needs to enjoy while visiting Springfield.

Guests have access to everything in the home except the locked storage closet.

The garage is available if needed, giving you more space and quick access from your vehicle into the home, especially convenient during winter and summer seasons.

Our neighborhood is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with great neighbors. Bass Pro Shops is nearby. A great animal and farm park, Rutledge Wilson Farm is also nearby. Great for kids.

The best way to get around is with your own vehicle. You may use Uber, Lyft, or taxi as well.

We stayed a total of 3 days for our grandsons graduation and the property was immaculate, well stocked and has a very understanding owner. When traveling to Springfield I would strongly recommend this property. Quiet neighborhood.

Excellent! Everything about this house was great. Comfortable beds, the house was very clean, the owners provided plenty of supplies, and the neighborhood was very safe. We will stay there again!

Settled right into the neighborhood - Super Clean & Supplied!

We drove right up, entered the lock code and felt at home. The home is delightful and has plenty of space for our family with teens. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning coffee (with all of us being coffee-lovers, we brought our own stock, but there was lots there, as well). The living room was open, and kept us all connected. Bedrooms were tidy and offered space for all our bags & stuff. Plenty of comfy towels and we were able to do laundry while there. Estera checked in to see if we needed anything, but we didn't - thank you for providing a great place! We loved it!
