The house was exactly as described. It was truly cozy. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is well decorated and updated. Just right up the street from Bear Village apartments too for those families with kiddos at Missouri State. Would highly recommend and would love to come back and stay again.

Cozy Mansion!

Loved it! Quaint, charming and perfect location if visiting a student at MSU! Lived the decor, amenities and everything about it. Would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change, possibly add a step going up to the porch to make it easier for older folks.

Perfect Family Spot

We came to Springfield for a family Thanksgiving and the Cozy Mansion housed Grandpa and two of the three daughters and their spouses (in our 60s). The open living space was great and having two bathrooms is always a plus. Only one minor complaint - platform beds are low to the floor and were difficult for my 92 year old dad.

Beautiful home!

This was perfect for me and my 2 adult children, we each had a place and didn’t have to share beds, the home is very clean and nicely decorated to be a comfortable place to rest after a long day. Highly recommend when in Springfield.

Great, Cozy home!

This is a lovely little home. Just right for the three of us. Great location near the university and food choices. Was very nicely decorated and stocked. The only thing that I would recommend is adding window treatments (like blinds) for additional privacy.

As cute inside as it is out!

The little blue house was the perfect place for us to stay during move in. It’s surprisingly spacious inside and very well appointed. Comfortable beds, furniture. Only suggestion would be adding curtains in the back bedroom. We will definitely stay here again!

Super Cute & Cozy

We loved our stay at the cozy mansion. Don’t let the small appearance fool you. It has everything you need and plenty of space. We stayed with three adults and two small children. The home is spotless and well maintained. It was stocked with coffee. We also found some great restaurants nearby. The only complaint is that the bedroom curtains are sheer, which limits your privacy and gets you up with the sun. It also makes it hard for the little ones to nap. The communication throughout the process was helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a weekend In Springfield

My family of 4 had a great stay at the Cozy Mansion it was a great base camp for our weekend adventures to the Wildlife Safari and Hamilton while in town. Everything is near by and lots of great restaurants nearby. The house was well decorated and comfortable but was very basically appointed with kitchen utensils. I was rather surprised not to find a pizza cutter or a colander but the kitchen was clean and cozy and a Keurig was provided including a selection of K-cups. The beds were comfortable throughout however the back bedroom did not seem to have any HVAC vents and got very cold overnight. It was a pleasant experience and we had a great weekend I would stay here again.

Good Vibes

Cozy comfortable stay. Easy to find and close to everything. The house is clean and my kids loved the hammock chair. It was also a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, however, we were traveling with older people that had trouble getting up and down, the beds are a little low to the ground. It was hard to see that in the pictures. I would also recommend adding some type of window treatments especially to the back bedroom. It makes it to where you have to wait for the bathroom to change. The owner was so easy to communicate with and contacted us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for everything that you want to do in Springfield. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I brought my granddaughters for a girls trip and they loved the house.

Family visit for MSU registration

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Cozy Mansion (mine and my daughter’s 2nd visit). This home is very close to Missouri State University. It is super cute, comfortable and clean. Very accommodating and I hope to stay here again for our next college visit. Lastly, the owner, Brittany is very responsive and helpful.

Few things missing

TV remote missing, no sponge in the kitchen, no soap in one shower, fire alarm went off and shower curtain was NASTY like it hasn’t been changed out in 10 years. Owner tells me that I should bring my own “essentials”(referring to soap) when soap is listed as an amenity.

Great Stay in the Cozy Mansion

The Cozy Mansion is adorable. We were a party of 5 all over 50 years of age, in town for a graduation. As others have mentioned, the beds are low, making it challenging for older guests to get in and out of, but overall, the house is aesthetically pleasing and has everything you need for a long weekend stay. Brittany is welcoming and accommodating. are. low
