Revitalized Victorian with super cool decor in a walkable neighborhood, super close to Milwaukee. Plenty of space and the backyard hang area was a perfect place to unwind and chill! Owners were super responsive.
We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a 10/10 time. Everything about the property and the host was wonderful- all the ladies were impressed and we hope to be back again sometime!! Thank you so much. Love the black walls.
We had such a great stay here. The house is super cute and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The outside area was great for hanging out and grilling. We were super close to historic third ward and everything we wanted to do! The host was great. Super responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!
We celebrated Christmas with our adult children there and it worked out great ! Christmas shopping and dining in the third ward was nice ! It was close to everything downtown . The hosts were very attentive to our needs which was appreciated.
This property is absolutely amazing! Great location, very close to downtown Milwaukee. Very convenient for ordering Ubers/Lyfts. The decor is exactly as it appears online, so adorable. If we are ever back in the area, we will absolutely be staying here again!
Enjoyed our first time for four ladies to visit. Property was quite comfortable and well appointed.
Caltrava architecture of the art museum was amazing though to windy to see the wings open. Next time!!
This home was the perfect backdrop for a wedding with its Victorian charm. It made for beautiful getting ready photos for the bride and bride’s maids. It was comfortable for the 5 adults that stayed in the home and reasonable space for brunch Sunday (between the kitchen counters, dining table and the patio outdoor space). Communication was great! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us.
We stayed here over Thanksgiving so we could do a family celebration with Milwaukee family. There were seven of us who stayed here and we had five others come for dinner. It accommodated us perfectly. Beds were comfortable, hot water was plentiful and the kitchen was we equipped for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. The location was ideal. Close to our family in the Thjrd Ward and close to all kinds of Milwaukee activities. The place itself is beautifully decorated and well appointed. We will definitely look to rent again the next time we come to visit. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was styled well, had ample a/c for the August heatwave, and the bathrooms were large and good for sharing. Communication was great and we had no serious issues. A few improvements could have enhanced our stay: only being able to enter/leave through the front door was inconvenient, especially with parking in the rear. When we arrived, there was unfinished laundry in the wash, which we needed to complete in order to have enough towels and to be able to use the advertised laundry facilities. The kitchen was missing some basics like a toaster. The sink in the primary bathroom drained super slow, and the door could not close. The closet doors in one bedroom were broken. As stated, we had a wonderful stay and the important features were great, but some improvements could help future guests.
Location is greatThere’s tons of places, close O’Lydias has good wings and cold beerIron Horse has live musicFood truck by a bar were excellent.. 2 blocks awayMost places were within 2miles ( the walk to Pabst Mansion being one)They had plenty of charcoal for the grill. Spices and oil and coffee and tea were random… so not sure if stocked or left behindPans were nice Dining table big and a great space for card games Table between Living room couches only good for 1 couch since space was wide. No side tables so you had to use the floor to put your drink down at 2nd couchSmart TV was nice… could log into your accounts… Tour de France was going on Upstairs doesn’t cool well… even after they brought an A/C for double roomKing room was fine with its unitBeds are very soft and beds were hotShowers were good and plenty of towelsOutdoor space was nice. Didn’t use fire pit but gas tank was full. Has plastic axe throwing game. Laundry has 2 washers and dryers. Doorknob in 1/2 bath was broke. Sister got locked in and knocked to get out. We went to the front door… then laughed … tape over latch solved thatYou can park a 3rd car out front from 7pm-7am…. Then 2 hour limit Neighborhood safeOwners sent us a check-out email saying anything less than a 5 meant the place was unacceptable I don’t agree… my scale is how VRBO says 5 is exceptional 4 is very good
