We loved staying here! Absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the peaceful dock. Abundant wildlife made it seem even more tropical. Host was friendly and helpful. The unit had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that the bedroom TV didn’t work, but that was such a small thing

glad you enjoyed your stay. I checked the bedroom TV for the guests that followed you and you are right, But I got lucky just needed new batteries in remote control. Every July 4 ish I change all batteries everywhere.

This was a beautiful spot for our first time in the Keys. The view was awesome. My favorite thing about the stay was the dock I spent a lot of time fishing off the dock. I would definitely stay here again
The host was wonderful. The house was cozy and comfortable and set back off of the main road. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. There is access to kayaks and a fishing dock which we used most days.
We had a wonderful time at Sue’s Promise, It had an excellent location central to nearby activities and restaurants. Hosts were kind and attentive and have lots of on property activities such as fishing rods and kayaks for family fun
Quiet place to stay on the water with great views. Charles was there when we checked in, gave local restaurant recommendations. Had a small binder with local info and history of the property. Has a covered area by water and then a dock for a boat or fishing.
We really enjoyed our stay. Located on the bay and great to watch sunsets. Saw a momma manatee and baby swim right in front of the deck.! The villa was located within a short distance to many attractions. 🌴
The Garden Villa was great & as advertised. Very clean! Good location for traveling up & down the Keys. Beautiful sunset view from the dock. Charlie & Terry are very nice & informative. Would love to stay there again!
The backyard was absolutely amazing! I spent almost every night watching the setting sun and hearing the crashing waves.
Lots of creatures to see while snorkeling or just walking the dock.
Central to almost everything the keys has to offer.

thank you for your kind comments. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Charlie and Terry
Exactly as pictured on the posts. Our two grandsons snorkeled, kayaked and fished off the dock. We weren’t there a lot so the size was great. Would be repeat customers.
This is a beautiful property where you feel like you get away from it all. The snorkeling by the dock is amazing and the tiki hut is really nice for relaxing and getting a break from the sun.
