About this property

Charming 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage on a private wooded lot up the street from Baker's Pond. Main level features large sunny kitchen open to dining room and cozy living room. Large porch off of the kitchen is the perfect space to hang out after a day at teh beach and it provides access to small deck and grill. The upper level has the primary bedroom w/queen bed and a full bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms (one queen, one with full and single beds), second full bath with walk-in shower, laundry, cozy seating area with TV and a door to the back yard.

Just 3 miles to Skaket Beach and Crosby Landing Beach and less than 1 mile to Nickerson State Park.
