This spacious and comfortable 2-story contemporary home sits on a wooded lot within a short distance to a public boat ramp to launch on Pleasant Bay and minutes away from Nauset, Skaket and Pleasant Bay beaches.

With four bedrooms and three baths, it sleeps up to 8 effortlessly. The first level features a living room, family room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The second floor offers another full bath along with the two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the second with two twins. Amenities include central A/C, wireless internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, an outdoor deck with dining table and a gas grill for summer barbecues.

Perfect getaway for a family!

When we arrived we were so happy with the house. It was clean and well-stocked. The house had everything a family could need. We will definitely consider this house to rent again.

Hidden gem

This house is a little "off the beaten path" but is such a hidden gem! Not only is the home incredibly equipped for a family vacation but the location is beautiful!

With unusually large rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen complete with everything you’d need for your stay, lovely deck with enough seating, newly constructed outdoor shower and double garage filled with beach items for borrowing! It was a pleasure to fill the birdbath and watch the bird-visitors eat at the well-stocked feeder. The small-boat launch at the end of the street was a great destination to poke around in for sea creatures when we weren’t at the sandy beaches. We enjoyed our stay!
