The lake house is a nearly brand new property and is set up well for 6-8 guests. The property is very clean, it is laid out for activities very well and is easily accessible from the Charlotte Airport. We used the property for a base location to golf and attend the NASCAR race. Had we planned a longer visit we would have taken advantage of the lake and other local activities.Our group enjoyed our stay.

Great for older people and or others with mobility issues. Very clean, stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen and through out the house. We loved sitting on the back lanai looking over the lake. Enjoyed riding the e-bikes. A fantastic rental home.

Really enjoyed the house. Great layout. Electric bikes were an awesome feature. Our only trouble was we all ran out of toilet paper and no extra rolls available. Same with trash bags. Master bath was about out of body wash as well. Really enjoyed the lanai just a little hot but fan helped and liked tv out there. Would recommend

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The owner wanted to meet at the home before we were able to start our stay. This was unexpected and caused us to change our day 1 plans. With that being said, the owners were very nice and showed great pride in the space they were offering. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

We enjoyed this amazing house. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and more. We enjoyed the lanai especially since we lucked out with several beautiful spring days. The fireplace was dreamy! We used the bikes and kayaks every day. No one wanted to leave!

Beautiful Lake Front Property

This home is a wonderful lake front retreat! Our family had so much fun kayaking and using the electric bikes! We relaxed on the back porch and used the fire pit as well!

Perfect Family Getaway!

Beautiful modern home with amazing lake views. We enjoyed our time exploring the area by foot, kayak and boat. Outdoor space was perfect in the evenings with a fire. A week or perfect relaxation!
