This cozy, 1 BR, 1 BA sleeps 4 guests, features a well-equipped kitchen w/ brand new appliances & countertops and a furnished deck with a gas grill. The private back deck has a hot tub and view of Cavender creek. Enjoy the shared amenities, walking trails, stocked fishing pond, fire pits and benches surrounded by lush forest views and peaceful, serene creek sounds.

This quaint, charming mountain cabin perfectly blends a rustic wood interior with plush accommodations in an open floor plan, creating a unique escape that will surely exceed your expectations! You'll feel right at home with the chic mountain cabin decor, wireless internet, smart ROKU TV and gas fireplace for those toasty mountain days and nights. Or unplug and savor all that mother nature provides while you fish in the catch-and-release pond, just a few steps away. A fishing rod is provided!

Nestled in the Cavender Creek Cabin complex with shared amenities among a handful of cabins, spend time in the gazebo or lounge around the fire pit making smores and stargazing at night. Take a stroll on the walking trails that lead to Cavender Creek, a former gold mining creek. Or if you've spent the day hiking or winery-hopping, wind down in your own private hot tub overlooking the creek!

Fire up the gas grill on the back deck and prepare your own meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware. The property has 8 cabins nestled on a charming one-way paved and partial gravel road that winds around the property. Parking is directly in front of the cabin in the designated parking spaces. The property has nature walking trails and a shared walking path along Cavendaer creek with stops that have picnic tables and fire pits.

HOUSE RULES:

Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and peaceful as possible. In order to accomplish this, we ask that all guests follow the house rules and confirm that you understand them entirely. By booking this property you acknowledge and agree to follow and abide by all rules and hold host harmless for any injuries or liability resulting from not following rules.

Thank you in advance and we truly appreciate your cooperation! If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call/text!

- Quiet hours are between 10PM – 8AM.

- No smoking inside the home. An ashtray is provided on back deck where smoking is allowed.

- Please wash dishes after use as there is no dishwasher. If dishes are not washed, extra cleaning fees will be applied.

-Do NOT place hot pans or baking trays directly on countertops or it will damage them

- Parking is provided on the one-way driveway and is suitable for up to 2 SUVs.

- Feel free to adjust the climate and lighting to your preference, but please turn off lights when not in use.

- The fridge may be used to store food, but please throw away any perishable items before the end of your stay.

- Please do not rearrange any furniture.

- No events or parties allowed on the property.

- If guests are found to have had a party, extra cleaning charges may be applied. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY without a refund.

- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

- Because this is a vacation rental community, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave.

HOT TUB RULES:

-Minimum age for unsupervised use of the hot tub. 14-18 yrs
-Minimum age for supervised use of the hot tub. 5 yrs
-Maximum number of persons in spa 2 adults
-Maximum safe spa temperature is 102° or less.
-Do NOT run the heat at the highest setting
-Guests must replace spa cover and latch cover clips after use.
-Guests must add water if the level drops below the indicator on the skimmer.
-Guests must shower or bathe before use.
-No pets are allowed at any time.
-No eating, no smoking, and only drink water from plastic cups only
-Do not use the spa if pregnant or hypertensive (high blood pressure)
-Do not use the spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-Do not use the spa if the water looks poor, smells bad, or is without pump running
-Notify management of any equipment failure or water problems
-Use at your own risk.
-Guests agree to hold the owner harmless for any injuries.
-Guests are responsible for any damage to equipment, spa cover, or spa surfaces

Cozy Perfect size cabin for2. We cooked a gourmet surf& turf meal Friday. Ended the evening in the hot tub. Saturday spent day n Helen. Ate at the square in Dahlonega , we were stuffed! Watched a movie then dreaded that we were gonna have to leave the next day!

Wonderful Cabin
This cabin was adorable and had the perfect setting. Listening to the creek while relaxing in the hot tub was so relaxing. The cabin was clean and the host were wonderful with check instructions including easy to view YouTube videos on how to work items within the cabin. We look forward to being able to stay here again in the future.

I rented the cabin for my wife and I for a quick break during the holidays. It was awesome! James and Tracy were great hosts with excellent communication. The place was spotless and very comfortable. We will be back.
