In ground pool (drained after Labor Day to April 15 for winter), outdoor kitchen under pergola, outdoor fireplace, with Direct TV with surround sound over fireplace. Gorgeous formal gardens, manicured playing field, sheep, goats, horses, alpacas, cows, mini donkey, 2 Great Pyrenees. Charcoal and gas grills. Nearby local wineries, 8 miles to quaint downtown Dahlonega & 4.5 miles from North GA Zoo. Caretaker lives on property (not in house) to assist with any needs or emergencies. Business License #3975
