Although the weather did not cooperate, we had a great stay at Sol e Mare. Great location and amenities….pool and hot tub were key when the winds picked up and the beach was not an option. Would stay here again

Sol e Mare is a beautiful, comfortable home. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were great. Beach access is a short hike but so worth it!! Communication with the host was excellent!! We look forward to returning again!!

The house at everything we were looking for and it did not disappoint when we got there. The house is lovely with so much privacy we loved we could be in the pool and hot tub and we could just relax and not be seen be anyone around us. Our party included my 83 year old in- laws which loved the huge deck off of the kitchen and the views. The owners are awesome and were informative the whole process. Everyone loved their stay including our mini dachshund Lady. We will definitely be coming back and telling everyone where to stay in Salvo.

We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The location was excellent — just across the beach path, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. The pool and hot tub were both great. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again!

Great Stay With Family

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults and 6 kids. The amenities, including the pool, pool table, games, laundry and beach items were great. Owners were communicative, responsive and helpful. Check-in was a breeze.

We had a fantastic week at this house. Host was quick to respond, house was clean, and the pool and hot tub were amazing! The ocean was rough so we spent a lot of time in the pool. Definitely a place we will be coming back to!

Amazing host & perfect location!

First family trip to OBX and we loved every second of it! The hosts are extremely responsive and made it easy to check in and know what to expect. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The pool and pool table were game changers with our kids! The beach is super close and not too crowded. We highly recommend this home!

Great host, quiet neighborhood!

The hosts, Thomas and Christine could not have been quicker on the response time to our questions. Their house is located in very quiet neighborhood that is close to the beach. If you are looking to get away from it all this would be a great place for you and the family.

Great vacation

The property was more than we expected, my family and I had a great time. The views from the decks were awesome, the location to the beach access was perfect. The layout of the house was great we loved the fact that mom and dad had the top floor, the kids got the first floor. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the beach. The yard was perfect to walk the dogs. Just all around a wonderful property.

Loved Sol e Mare!

Our vacation at Sol e Mare was fantastic. The property was very clean, spacious, bright, and easy to settle into for a week. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the private hot tub/pool area, the views from the decks, and the short walk to the beach. We appreciated the owners' responsiveness and ease of communication. We highly recommend Sol e Mare!

Perfect beach retreat!

Well maintained and appointed, the owners have made sure you and your family are comfortable in their roomy and bright property. Just steps away from the beach, but also wonderfully private pool and spa area. Coffee on the upper deck watching the sunrise is a daily highlight! Exceptional communication with the host addresses any questions before they arise. I would absolutely recommend!
