Beautiful Clean and Spacious 3 bd 2 bth located .8 miles from the beach

Feel right at home in this Beautiful spacious 3 bd 2 bth condo in the heart of destin.
Offers 1100 square feet of living space.

Amenities include: Internet, all towels, linen, a fully equipped kitchen, beach chair, umbrella and sand toys

It is located only minutes from all the fun Destin has to offer . 08 miles to June Decker Beach access, and 1 mile fron Henderson state beach front park,
2.5 miles to the fun crab Island waters, 2 miles to Harbor village where you will board all boats for a fun day at sea or grab a charter to crab Island.

All well trained fur babies are welcome. As long as they are clean and flea free.
Please do not allow them on the beds or furniture unless you provide a blanket or bedding for them to lay on. Thank you!
There is a large nice dog park directly in front of the condo that is easy walking distance.
All pets must be leashed!
Pet areas are provided through out the neighborhood.
Please clean up after your pets!!

This is a family oriented neighborhood where people live and work. Please be curtious and observe all quiet times!
A quiet ordinance is in affect from 10 pm till 7am !

Nice family area, great for pets

The place fit our family very well. The area is very nice with lots of things to do.

It was spacious; however, we found the condo to be very dirty. Floors were dirty. There was a used napkin and crushed potato chips under the living room ottoman. Bathrooms were dirty and we had to clean a lot of sand from both tubs before they could be used. Bathroom throw rugs were terribly dirty. Baseboards throughout were covered in dust and hair. The kitchen counters were sticky. We didn’t even cook in the kitchen because it wasn’t clean. The iron could not be used because it leaked water. To say the least we were very disappointed. We contacted the owner after arrival to inform her of the conditions, but she offered no remedy. She stated her family had stayed there before us and they requested to clean themselves rather than pay a cleaning fee. She also stated she is very particular about the cleaning of the condo and wants everything to be spotless. It obviously hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We had to clean some areas ourselves to be able to stay there. I have attached some pictures of just some of the things we encountered.
