This 3 bedroom villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort with the beach access minutes away and within walking distance! This villa features a very modern interior with the pool right outside behind the patio and convenient access to all Seascape resort amenities including less than 100 yards from 6 pickleball courts. This villa features 3 bedrooms that has a loft room above the living room. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed in one of the guests bedrooms, the third loft room has two twin beds plus a rollaway twin bed. There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental. 

Golf villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment. This is a pet friendly unit for small dogs only.

June Vacation Getaway

The property was amazing. Very clean and nicely furnished and decorated. The pool was literally 50ft away from the back patio. Small walk to the beach. Gate security was great and pleasant. The grounds are well maintained, clean and felt very safe for my children and myself.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is nicely appointed . The loft area is not comfortable in the summer months is extremely hot. The insulated drapes in the unit must remain closed to keep the unit cool. Master bath has very small shower. The description mentions a bbq grill it is not noted that it is a community hibachi far from unit. Beach access parking lot. Was not prepared for the sea of rental chairs and blue umbrellas side by side lining the shore. You have to sit behind them if you bring your own chairs. You have to squeeze through to enter the water. We stayed here vs. 30 A for beach access. We ended up going to Henderson State Park. No sea of blue umbrellas. This unit needs better attention paid to cleaning. Wiping down the entire kitchen was not on my list of things to do on my vacation. The unit is on the second floor. Easy pool access.

The apartment was well equipped and located in a perfect location, and booking directly provided the best cost as well!The only downside was communication. Depending on what you need, you have to work with the offsite HOA or Property Manager, two separate entities. And after leaving, we realized we left behind a SUP paddle. Multiple emails/texts to the property manager went unanswered.Overall, I'd definitely stay here again...but hopefully won't need to contact them for help next time.

We ended up having to rent a golf cart bc this villa isn't really within walking distance to the beach if you are over 50! They do however, have parking close to the beach access. Upstairs has an issue with the AirConditioning. It does NOT cool off until the middle of the night. Thank goodness we had teenage boys with us that stayed up there. It is extremely hot in the summer. Absolutely loved meeting all of the regulars in the pool. That was super fun every evening.
