Absolutely loved our stay. Communication w host excellent. Within walking distance to downtown Fruita which was nice. Everything very clean inside. Kitchen had most everything needed to cook inside. We all had a great Thanksgiving stay at this property. Thank you Ashley!

Great family stay

We had a great stay at the house with family. Kids loved the games and bean bags in the basement, and the outdoor firepit was really nice during the brisk evenings. Host was very helpful and responsive as well. Would definitely come back!

Great MTB visit

Awesome property for a mountain bike visit to Fruita! The host was terrific, the location is very close to downtown. The garage and facilities were perfect for our mountain bike trip.

Quiet location close to downtown. Kitchen was well shocked, everything was clean on arrival, simple check in and check out pricedure. Host checked in several times which was nice. Definitely would stay here again
