Welcome to Driftwood Cottage. This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome is only two blocks from the beach! It is ideal for families or seniors wanting a quiet weekend away.

The main living area is bright and welcoming with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 6, huge sectional couch and in unit washer / dryer. The main floor also boasts a private patio where there are owner provided beach chairs. There is a cabinet full of games, perfect for those family game nights.

Upstairs you will find a primary bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, plenty of storage, a Roku TV and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.

The second bedroom has two bunk beds, each boasting a double and a twin! That's a total of 4 beds for the kids to spread out. This room also contains a wall mounted TV.

The unit is equipped with central air, high speed Wi-Fi, YouTube TV (120 live TV channels), one assigned parking spot and plenty of visitor parking.

The community provides plenty of green space, a community pool, tennis courts and a quick 4 minute walk to the beach.

We allow one small (under 25 pounds) dog, based on owner approval. Pets brought on property without approval will be subject to a $500 penalty.

The house was cute and clean! They provided a good deal more in the house than others, to make sure you have a nice stay, and the beds and pillows were so comfy. Great space for a family! Mine were only worried about that distance from the beach but ended up being such and easy straight shot, and the proximity to the state park was perfect!

Great location, super accomodations!

This unit far exceeded our VRBO experience. The owner was more than generous on basic supplies and made us feel very welcome. The interior was very comfortable and delightfully decorated. We have stayed in many VRBO properties in many locations, but this one exceeded our expectations. Close to beach and pool. The beach was not crowded at all, which was relaxing and our 7 year old loved the waves and finding shark's teeth. Literally next door to the state park, which was outstanding.

It is my goal to have guest feel like it’s their second home and focus on enjoying their time on Amelia Island rather than worrying about toilet paper, coffee, laundry soap, etc.! Great cottage by the beach

Had a great stay. Everything was exactly as portrayed in the pictures and description. Very clean and really great water pressure in the shower. Short walk to the beach, and a quick little drive into downtown. Laura checked in on us and was great to communicate with. We brought our small kids with us (under 5 yrs) and we had plenty of room. They loved the bunk beds and the bottom bunk is lower than most bunk beds I’ve seen, which is a bonus when you have active sleepers. We will definitely be back!

This place is just “perfect!” Everything you would ever need. Beautiful rooms, Our king size bed w/great pillows. A K-cup machine, w/coffee pods, welcome snacks… all appliances, night lights… I had mentioned a fail from another rental unit, My birthday flowers/signs ect was totally unexpected by Laura. We would most definitely return.Decorated with thought, and care…Description of townhome is spot on!!Walking the area with our pups/beach is a short walk away, as is the historic district about 8 minute drive….Thank you ever so muchThe Behringers

I’m so happy you enjoyed the property. It is important to me that guests feel at home and aren’t worried about small things like coffee pods and laundry soap! It’s the little things that make a big difference. Agreed that the location is perfect being so close to beach, downtown and main beach restaurants!
