Chalet del Jardin is a charming guest house of a sweeping Santa Fe estate. Located off the historic Old Santa Fe Trail, in a wonderful neighbor just a mile south of the Plaza, the casita is outfitted in modern comfort. Entry into the living room affords one a view of the open concept living and kitchen areas. The sunken couch, bedecked in plush carpeting and pillows, is perfect for watching TV, relaxing, or having lively conversations. The bedrooms split off from the main room and close off for privacy. The north bedroom features an outdoor sitting area just beyond French doors to a lovely, quaint patio while the south bedroom plays host to a grand kiva fireplace for extra, cozy warmth.
The many windows of the casita allow for ample views to the well-maintained landscape of the estate. The casita features forced air cooling and baseboard heating, two queen beds, a large flat screen TV in the living room, wifi internet, and washer, dryer in-unit. Parking is available for two cars and the property has a gate for added security.
