Brand new construction custom built lagoon front in Beach Haven West. 4 Bedrooms with 4 Baths! 3 King Beds and 4 full size mattresses in bunk beds. Bottom bunk bed hold 430lbs and top bed holds 380lbs. Enjoy the paddle board, kayak, peloton, board games, fire pit, BBQ , corn-hole, football toss or just pull your boat right up.

25 foot dock has plenty room to bring your boat or rent one for the day from get my boat or boat setter app.

Minutes from LBI. Lagoon waterfront house with no bridges to go under. Lagoon goes straight out to the bay.

Property sits on a double lot. Can fit 2 cars in the indoor garage and 5 outside if needed.
