We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the beautiful beachfront location and, most importantly, that you found our management team responsive and helpful. We do want to provide some additional context regarding the cleanliness concerns mentioned in your review. During your stay, the only cleanliness issue that was brought to our attention was around a dirty throw pillow. We responded to that concern the same day. No other cleanliness issues were reported to us during your stay, and we were not made aware of concerns regarding the floors or other areas of the condominium at that time. In fact, during your stay, you shared with us that you were thoroughly enjoying your experience and even expressed an interest in extending your stay. We certainly wish we had known then that you felt there were additional cleanliness concerns, as we would have been happy to address anything that was brought to our attention. We take housekeeping and cleanliness very seriously and appreciate you bringing the condition of the throw pillow to our attention. Hi Diane, Thanks for the review of your stay. To address these concerns we walked through after your departure. There are locks on every door in this property except the laundry room. There were plenty of cooking utensils, plates, bowls, pots, pans, etc and 3 kitchen towels were left out. There were no issues with the cable that we were able to identify. We take cleanliness very seriously and inspected the property prior to your arrival and after your departure and I didn’t see any concern of cleanliness on our dishes but I did have a conversation with our housekeeper just in case. We did notice that the shower had issues with water pressure, and were able to fix that right away. We did not hear from you about any of these concerns during your stay, please moving forward notify hosts so they can properly rectify concerns like these as we’d encouraged our future guests to do as well.
