Amazing home! It’s spacious, beautiful and perfect for a large group. Spotlessly clean. Loved waking up to the stream and wildlife every day. Location great to hop to highway or downtown. We are so thankful for the opportunity to stay.

Very comfortable relaxing home in Salida

My husband and I were looking for accommodations in Salida and landed on Peaceful River. The home is immaculate, very well appointed and the views are amazing! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to relax and unwind.

Wonderful Vacation

We stayed in Salida as a family of four for a long weekend. Loved the house; it’s new, beautiful, and has gorgeous views. We used the hot tub every night and cooked a few times. Cool neighborhood with an awesome breakfast place (Mojo’s) just two blocks away. Highly recommend to anyone spending time in Salida.

Peaceful River

Great property right on the South Arkansas River. The house was absolutely gorgeous and views were amazing. We had everything we needed for our group of 7. The only down side was that the fire pit was not functional.

Wonderful

We had such a great stay! Perfect for 7 friends needing a Salida getaway. The house was beautiful- new construction, sparkling clean, open layout which made catching up as a group so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hottub next to the river was a dream. Great communication with the property group. Would highly recommend. Just note that the top bunk has a 125 lb weight limit.
