Enjoyable

Nice remodel. Great location near the beach and town. Wished for a grill but otherwise the kitchen was well equipped.

Beautiful!

We loved staying in this Boca Grande house. Location was perfect, house was clean and equipped with everything one might need for a beach vacation. House is a recent remodel, so everything was just as it’s supposed to be, the kitchen is well appointed, and the bedrooms are perfect size. I cannot think of anything negative to say about our stay at this rental.

Amazing House for Groups

This place has a wonderful layout for a large group! we had a few small families traveling with us and the location of the bedrooms and main space/kitchen is ideal. There is a fron and back porch all on the upper level making it safe for the younger ones. The kitchen is fantastic and has everything you need. Wonder space in a beautfiul place!

The house is in a good location, easy walk to the beach or town. It comes with bikes and beach chairs. There was no grill and there are only 2 baths which was a disappointment. The kitchen has been updated, new TV and plenty of room for our family.
